【摘要】：中小学学生健康状况一直是我国密切关注的问题,建国以来不断的发文规范学生健康检查过程和完善检查方法。通过统计分析的方法不断的根据国民发展情况调整学生健康状况标准。而各种标准制定的方法都是通过大量的实际数据分析获取。为了获取有效的数据,国家出台政策,要求学生每年都要进行体检并上报年度数据,国家根据地区特色,发展状况等综合分析得出结论,发布新的评价指标和标准。2008年国家出台中小学健康体检管理办法后各地都根据自身情况开发设计负责其工作流程的信息化系统。利用信息化系统完成体检数据的收集整理上报统计分析等。鞍山市2009年启用单机版体检数据统计分析程序,多年来实现了数据的收集和汇总工作,但是随着互联网技术的更新逐渐暴露出固有的问题,例如软件升级复杂工作量繁重,数据更新不及时带来数据统计错误,数据合并过程中因存储介质故障而反复重新复制等问题。因此,本文结合流行的web开发技术,并充分考虑目前鞍山市的网络环境和软件环境,重新设计开发鞍山市中小学健康体检管理系统,解决原有系统带来的问题同时,围绕卫生管理工作扩充了卫生管理系统。系统除了完成关键的体检管理业务外,还实现了卫生办公管理相关业务。该系统主体模块包括了学校管理,健康教育,体检管理,疾病统计,疫情监测,体质调研,红十字会工作,保险管理,报表管理,文件管理,系统配置,常用字典。本文对系统的需求分析、系统设计与实现、系统的测试等过程,按照软件工程标准进行描述。经过实际的部署运行,系统功能模块达到了预定需求目标,操作流程符合实际工作需要。软件的使用改善了原有软件的问题,也提高了当前的工作效率,具有很好的实用推广价值。

This paper redesigns and develops the health examination management system of primary and middle schools in Anshan city, solves the problems brought by the original system, and expands the health management system around the health management work. The main modules of the system include school management, health education, physical examination management, disease statistics, epidemic surveillance, physical investigation, Red Cross work, insurance management, report management, document management, etc. System configuration, common dictionary. This paper describes the process of system requirement analysis, system design and implementation, system test and so on according to the software engineering standard. The use of the software improves the problems of the original software, and also improves the current work efficiency, and has a good practical value.
