【摘要】:电脑模板机制版系统是电脑模板机的辅助设计系统,用于在PC端制作和编辑花样图形,从而将制作的花样图形文件导入电脑模板机中进行精密缝纫。和传统制版方式相比,制版系统具有人机交互性强、操作便捷、花样图形丰富、制版效率高等特点,电脑模板机制版系统更能满足市场对其的要求。基于此背景,本文设计了一种电脑模板机制版系统,主要工作如下:(1)研究了多种花样图案的生成算法。完成了基本花样图形的生成算法,并在此基础上实现了复杂花样图案的生成算法。对电脑模板机二元缝纫格式进行研究,对图形工艺进行分析,从而采用面向对象的方法对花样图形图元类进行设计。对制版系统中所要存储的图形数据结构特点进行分析,从而确定其进行保存的数据结构。(2)对DXF、PLT等通用图形文件格式进行解析,从中提取出几何坐标信息,并添加缝纫工艺信息,从而将其转化为花样图形文件。深入研究了MFC的文档/视类结构以及序列化机制,设计了一组数据结构用于存储花样图形的几何坐标信息和缝纫工艺信息,用户在设计完成花样图形文件后,通过MFC的序列化机制将其保存到磁盘文件中。(3)通过对电脑模板机制版系统的制版过程进行分析,使用MFC微软基础类库在VS2008平台上完成制版系统的设计,包括图形输入、图形编辑、图形转化、图形显示等模块。从而实现了在PC端对花样图形进行设计编辑操作,设计编辑后的图形导入电脑模板机中可以进行实时缝纫。设计并实现的电脑模板机制版系统,具有功能齐全、易操作、人机界面友好等特点,提高了电脑模板机制版的工作效率,其制作的花样图形具有线迹均匀,花样图案丰富,花样编辑操作简单便捷,运行效率高,生成效果好等优点,该系统已经形成产品,投入市场并获得用户好评。
[Abstract]:The computer template mechanism version system is the assistant design system of the computer template machine. It is used to make and edit the pattern graphics on the PC side, so that the pattern graphics files can be imported into the computer template machine for precise sewing. The plate-making system has the characteristics of strong human-computer interaction, convenient operation, rich pattern graphics, high efficiency of plate making, and so on. The computer template mechanism version system can better meet the requirements of the market. In this paper, a computer template mechanism version system is designed. The main work is as follows: 1) the generation algorithm of various patterns is studied, and the basic pattern generation algorithm is completed. On this basis, the algorithm of generating complex pattern pattern is realized. The binary sewing format of computer template machine is studied, and the graphic technology is analyzed. Thus, the object oriented method is used to design the metaclass of pattern graphics, and the characteristics of the graphic data structure to be stored in the plate-making system are analyzed. Thus, the data structure of its preservation is determined. (2) the general graphic file format, such as DXFFPT-is analyzed, the geometric coordinate information is extracted from it, and the sewing technology information is added. In this paper, the document / visual class structure and serialization mechanism of MFC are deeply studied, and a set of data structures are designed to store geometric coordinate information and sewing process information of pattern graphics. After completing the design of the pattern graphics file, the user saves it to the disk file by the serialization mechanism of MFC.) through the analysis of the plate-making process of the computer template mechanism version system, The design of plate-making system based on MFC Microsoft basic class library is completed on VS2008 platform, including graphic input, graphic editing, graphic transformation, graphic display and so on. Thus, the design and editing operation of pattern graphics on PC is realized. The designed and edited graphics imported into the computer template machine can be sewed in real time. The design and implementation of the computer template mechanism version system has the characteristics of complete function, easy to operate, friendly man-machine interface, etc. It improves the working efficiency of the computer template mechanism version, and the pattern pattern made by it has the advantages of uniform line trace, rich pattern pattern, simple and convenient operation of pattern editing, high running efficiency, good generating effect, etc. The system has already formed a product. Put into the market and get high praise from users.
