产品数字孪生体的内涵、体系结构及其发展趋势

【摘要】:数字孪生技术被认为是实现信息物理系统的核心关键技术,作为数字孪生技术在产品研发过程具体应用的产品数字孪生体,目前其研究尚处于探索阶段,研究成果相对较少且缺乏系统性。为此首先回顾了数字孪生体的产生背景,在此基础上提出了数字孪生技术的概念,然后对产品数字孪生体的内涵进行了系统阐述,建立了产品数字孪生体的体系结构,并给出了产品数字孪生体在产品设计阶段、制造阶段和服务阶段的实施途径,最后指出了产品数字孪生体的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:Digital twinning technology is regarded as the key technology to realize the information physics system. As the digital twinning technology applied in the process of product research and development, the research of digital twinning technology is still in the exploration stage.The research results are relatively few and lack of systematization.In this paper, the background of digital twinning is reviewed, and the concept of digital twinning is put forward, then the connotation of digital twinning is expounded systematically, and the system structure of digital twinning is established.The ways of implementing digital twinning in product design, manufacturing and service are given. Finally, the developing trend of digital twin is pointed out.
