基于信息交流理论模型的个人时间管理软件设计

【摘要】：本文针对信息时代背景下,年轻白领及高校学生面临的时间管理压力问题,结合理论研究,运用目标导向设计方法,提出了符合第四代时间管理理念的软件设计方案。理论研究阶段,本文主要工作为:1)引入“信息交流理论”,从信息交流的角度,梳理管理学及认知心理学中与时间管理相关的研究成果;2)结合文献研究,构建起综合用户、软件和环境因素的时间管理系统模型;3)在模型基础上,分析了软件对时间管理过程的影响方式,归纳了软件在计划监督、认知引导和信息沉淀三方面的作用。为相关软件的功能设计提供理论支撑。设计研究阶段,本文采用目标导向设计方法,研究了以下内容:1)通过市场调研,了解现有时间管理软件设计的优缺点;2)通过用户访谈及用户角色模型的建立,了解年轻白领和学生群体的态度、能力和行为模式等特征;3)通过场景剧本的构建,梳理时间管理相关需求。为软件设计提供方向与具体目标。设计实践阶段,本文主要成果为:1)构建了侧重认知引导和信息沉淀功能的时间管理软件原型;2)设计了符合用户心理模型的软件操作界面;3)借助高保真原型展开用户测试,评估了该软件的可用性,初步验证了课题研究成果的有效性。经项目团队共同努力,本文设计成果已落实到软件代码并在应用市场上线,丰富了时间管理软件的类型,为相关软件的创新设计提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the pressure of time management faced by young white-collar and college students under the background of the information age, this paper applies goal-oriented design method in combination with theoretical research. This paper puts forward a software design scheme that conforms to the fourth generation time management concept. In the theoretical research stage, the main work of this paper is to introduce "information exchange theory" from the angle of information exchange. Combing the research achievements related to time management in management and cognitive psychology, we combined the literature research to construct a time management system model which integrates user, software and environment factors. This paper analyzes the influence of software on the process of time management, summarizes the functions of software in three aspects: plan supervision, cognitive guidance and information precipitation. It provides theoretical support for the functional design of related software. This paper adopts the goal-oriented design method, studies the following content: 1) through market research, understands the advantages and disadvantages of the existing time management software design. 2) through the user interview and the user role model establishment, understands the young white-collar and the student group's attitude. Through the construction of scenario script, combing the needs related to time management, it provides direction and specific objectives for software design. The main achievements of this paper are: (1) constructing a time management software prototype with emphasis on cognitive guidance and information precipitation. () designing a software operating interface that conforms to the user's psychological model, and developing user testing with the help of a high fidelity prototype. The usability of the software is evaluated, and the validity of the research results is preliminarily verified. Through the joint efforts of the project team, the design results of this paper have been implemented into the software code and put on line in the application market, which enriches the types of time management software. It provides a reference for the innovative design of related software.
