顺发恒业股份公司办公系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：21世纪之后经济快速发展,而房地产成为建设链的排头兵,包括投资科研、项目立项、前期准备、招投标、项目销售、物业管理等。综合我国规模较大的地产公司,比如万达集团、上海陆家嘴集团以及广州时代地产等典型大型房地产公司,均已架构适应当前互联网+发展的信息化办公系统,地产公司整个业务流程、用户管理全部采用信息化手段。顺发恒业股份公司在追求地产公司效益最大化的同时,逐步发现传统的管理模式下所暴露出来的问题。因此,利用先进的互联网技术结合企业实际情况,开发了顺发恒业协同管理(OA)系统。本论文从当前典型大型房地产公司调研出发,通过对顺发恒业公司进行各类需求分析,结合其公司实际情况设计内容概括,并探讨当前协同管理平台在该公司的具体使用意义,同时也概括阐述了在架构过程中涉及到的技术与方法。论文结合当前互联网+的热点提出了办公平台的具体设计目标,通过前期公司调研需求分析,进而规划设计业务流程图、用例图和概念图,并依次设计了详尽的案例描述;在整个操作流程过程中,笔者对开发进行了总体规划,进而给出了模块功能结构图、顺序图和解决流程图。本系统通过平台的测试和试运行,已经正式开始使用,借助计算机技术实现公司管理流程的网络化,将大大扩展了公司管理的灵活性。在文章的结尾之处,笔者对整个研究过程进行了提升概括,也阐述了诸多存在的问题,对今后的开发应用提出了新的建议。
[Abstract]:After the 21st century, the economy develops rapidly, and the real estate becomes the vanguard of the construction chain, including investment research, project establishment, preliminary preparation, bidding, project sales, property management and so on.Synthesizing the large real estate companies in China, such as Wanda Group, Shanghai Lujiazui Group, Guangzhou Times Real Estate and other typical large real estate companies, have all set up an information office system adapted to the current development of the Internet.Real estate companies throughout the business process, user management all use information means.While pursuing the maximum benefit of real estate companies, Shunfa Hengye Stock Company gradually finds out the problems exposed under the traditional management mode.Therefore, an OAA system is developed based on the advanced Internet technology and the actual situation of the enterprise.Based on the investigation of typical large real estate companies, this paper analyzes the needs of Shunfa Hengye Company, summarizes the design contents of the company's actual situation, and discusses the practical significance of the current collaborative management platform in the company.At the same time, the techniques and methods involved in the process of architecture are also summarized.This paper puts forward the specific design goal of the office platform according to the current hot spot of the Internet, and through the analysis of the pre-company investigation and demand, then plans and designs the business flow chart, the use case diagram and the concept diagram, and designs the detailed case description in turn;In the whole operation process, the author made a general plan for the development, and then gave the module function structure diagram, sequence diagram and solution flow chart.Through the platform test and trial operation, the system has been formally started to use, with the help of computer technology to achieve the networking of the company management process, will greatly expand the flexibility of the company management.At the end of the article, the author summarizes the whole research process, expounds many existing problems, and puts forward some new suggestions for the future development and application.
