基于3D打印技术的产品开发与模具设计实训教学

【摘要】:在"中国制造2025"背景下,制造业对3D打印技术应用型人才需求非常庞大。从职业教育角度分析了目前3D打印技术应用于实践教学存在的问题,针对这些问题提出将3D打印技术融入传统制造类专业的实训教学,让学生在面向生产、面向制造的职业技能训练中学习3D打印技术并应用于解决生产实际问题。以融入3D打印技术的产品开发与模具设计实训教学为例阐述了上述方案的实施。实践证明实训与企业岗位需求相结合,对于培养具有3D打印技术又能应用于专业制造领域的复合型应用人才具有积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "made in China 2025", there is a huge demand for 3D printing technology applied talents in manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of 3D printing technology in practical teaching from the point of view of vocational education. Aiming at these problems, it proposes to integrate 3D printing technology into the practical teaching of traditional manufacturing specialty, so that students can face production.Learning 3D printing technology in manufacturing-oriented vocational skill training and applying it to solve practical production problems.Taking the practice teaching of product development and mold design with 3D printing technology as an example, the implementation of the above scheme is expounded.It has been proved by practice that the combination of practical training and the demand of enterprise post has a positive effect on the cultivation of compound talents with 3D printing technology and can be applied in the field of professional manufacturing.
