基于移动互联技术的烟草营销系统设计与实现

【摘要】:烟草行业是我国市场经济体系的重要组成部分,传统烟草销售流程长,环节多,管理与业务优化必须倚赖先进的信息技术手段,尤其是日新月异的移动通信功能,更有助于提高烟草业的服务意识以及管理水平。随着科技的发展,整个烟草行业都在积极的进行传统烟草模式的转变,利用现有营销模式与新型通信技术的融合再造,烟草行业的移动战略成为我国烟草行业的主流发展方向。本论文设计开发的烟草移动营销系统以烟草营销为设计基础,基于J2EE技术标准、Android移动开发技术的多层架构体系,同时使用数据同步机制实现移动营销(服务端和客户端)与核心业务系统的数据信息交互。从烟草营销管理的现状及不足入手,然后再结合烟草的经营特点分析系统功能需求,基于此对系统进行开发与设计,同时总结系统的设计理念,并设计了客户端管理子系统和服务端管理子系统。客户端管理子系统是烟草营销人员在营销过程中对服务对象、潜在客户进行服务和管理的系统,包括基础数据管理、配货管理、信息互动、发布管理、移动客户端管理、零售商管理五个功能模块;服务端管理子系统是对系统进行管理、终端查询的管理系统。包括系统管理、服务端功能管理。最后重点分析关键性流程以及功能的设计内容。通过该系统的应用,烟草可实现移动营销的智能化、简单化、高效化,实现烟草营销人员外出现场营销,大幅度降低运营成本,并提供全方位客户服务。同时,能够实现完整的营销渠道解决方案,提供稳定、即时的销售渠道系统,能够实现各部分之间的协同性,而且具有稳定性和安全性保障,能有效提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry is an important part of the market economy system of our country. The traditional tobacco sales process is long and there are many links. The management and business optimization must rely on the advanced information technology means, especially the mobile communication function with each passing day.It is helpful to improve the service consciousness and management level of tobacco industry.With the development of science and technology, the whole tobacco industry is actively changing the traditional tobacco model. With the combination of the existing marketing model and new communication technology, the mobile strategy of the tobacco industry has become the mainstream development direction of the tobacco industry in China.The tobacco mobile marketing system designed and developed in this paper is based on tobacco marketing, and is based on the J2EE technology standard.At the same time, the data synchronization mechanism is used to realize the data communication between mobile marketing (server and client) and the core business system.Starting with the current situation and deficiency of tobacco marketing management, and then combining with the characteristics of tobacco management, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system, develops and designs the system based on this, and summarizes the design concept of the system.The client-side management subsystem and the server-side management subsystem are designed.The client management subsystem is a system for tobacco marketers to serve and manage the clients and potential customers in the process of marketing, including basic data management, distribution management, information interaction, release management, mobile client management, etc.The server management subsystem is a management system for system management and terminal query.Including system management, server function management.Finally, the key process and the design content of the function are analyzed.Through the application of the system, tobacco can realize intelligent, simple and high efficiency of mobile marketing, realize the field marketing of tobacco marketers, greatly reduce the operating cost, and provide all-round customer service.At the same time, it can realize the complete marketing channel solution, provide a stable, real-time sales channel system, can realize the synergy between the various parts, and has the stability and security guarantee, and can effectively improve the working efficiency.
