面向在职研究生的微信教学公众服务平台设计

【摘要】:在职硕士生绝大多数一般是企业和公司的主要技术骨干人员,具备一定的理论知识和业务实践,在处理实际问题能力要比全日制在校大学生强。在职研究生教学特点采用的是“学习不脱岗”的学习方式。一般在本工作岗位多年从事软件项目开发和项目研究。他们把攻读软件工程硕士学位,作为提高自己专业知识,提高自己业务能力的重要标志,“学以致用”是这些在职人员的一个学习的显著特点。根据他们的学习特点来制定学习课程,丰富教学内容,把课程教学来作为针对解决实际工程问题,就使在职研究生的在教学中不断自我发展,不断自我提高起到积极的推动作用。在职研究生学习的最大特点是采取的不脱离自己岗位充分利用自己的业余时间学习,即所谓“学习不脱岗”的方式。他们主要分散在各自的本职工作岗位上,工作十分紧张,精力较为分散,学习和作论文只能在空余时间来完成,学习和工作矛盾较为突出。在职研究生在学校学习的时间比较少,与自己导师见面的机会和时间更少,特别是有些学生年龄较大和专业知识跨度比较大,专业基础技能和知识掌握不牢,给学习带来比较大的压力。基于以上的教学特点,面向在职研究生微信教学公众平台设计,拟把在职研究生在学校的教学和生活服务作为有机的结合点。一方面促使学习者充分利用业余和在校时间使学生获得更多教学帮助,另一方面还能同时享有学校更多的生活服务的公共资源。公众服务平台充分借助于云计算技术的优势,在大大降低校内的运营成本、弹性扩展、简化维护等,来实现微信公众品台在不同移动终端之间实现无缝对接,同时针对在职研究生的授课特点以快速而准确的进行响应,最大限度降低教育资源的消耗,能充分利用微学习资源的利用率,从而实现跨平台的学习资源共享。
[Abstract]:The vast majority of in-service master students are the main technical backbone of enterprises and companies, with certain theoretical knowledge and business practice, in dealing with practical problems than full-time college students.On-the-job graduate teaching characteristic is "study does not leave the post" the study way.Generally in this position for many years engaged in software project development and project research.They regard studying for master's degree of software engineering as an important symbol to improve their professional knowledge and improve their own business ability.According to the characteristics of their study to formulate the study curriculum, enrich the teaching content, take the course teaching as a solution to practical engineering problems, so that the in-service graduate students in the teaching process of self-development,Continuous self-improvement plays a positive role in promoting.The biggest characteristic of on-the-job graduate study is to make full use of their spare time study, that is to say, "study does not leave the post" way.They are mainly scattered in their own work posts, work is very tense, energy is more scattered, learning and writing papers can only be completed in spare time, the contradiction between study and work is more prominent.In-service graduate students have less time to study at school and less opportunities and time to meet with their own mentors. In particular, some students are older and have a long span of professional knowledge, and their basic professional skills and knowledge are not well mastered.Bring great pressure to study.Based on the above teaching characteristics, this paper aims at the design of the public platform of WeChat teaching for on-the-job graduate students, and takes the teaching and living service of on-the-job graduate students as an organic combination point.On the one hand, it urges learners to make full use of spare time and school time so that students can get more teaching help, on the other hand, they can enjoy more public resources of school life services at the same time.The public service platform makes full use of the advantages of cloud computing technology, in greatly reducing operating costs in schools, flexible expansion, simplified maintenance and so on, to achieve seamless docking between different mobile terminals of WeChat public goods platform.At the same time, according to the teaching characteristics of in-service graduate students to respond quickly and accurately, to minimize the consumption of educational resources, can make full use of the utilization of micro-learning resources, so as to achieve cross-platform sharing of learning resources.
