制造企业生产计划管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着工业4.0的到来,制造业企业也面临新一轮的发展机遇,传统的制造企业生产管理系统已不能适应当今社会的发展。论文以目前制造企业生产计划管理的发展现状为依托,旨在提高制造企业的生产计划管理的有效性、科学性、时效性、准确性。论文在技术、经济、操作三方面可行性分析的基础上,对企业实际业务流程和功能需求进行分析,进而设计了详细的系统功能模块和程序流程等内容,并对系统功能进行了实现和测试工作。系统利用JSP语言、J2EE平台、AJAX技术、SQL Server 2012数据库和B/S结构等技术实现了生产资料管理、生产计划管理、生产作业管理、仓储管理和采购管理等功能,系统实现了生产计划管理系统的有效应用及运行。系统符合最初的设计要求,基本实现了规范化、系统化、标准化的生产管理作业,解决了部分现行生产计划管理中的不足之处,在一定程度上提高了生产作业效率,简化了生产计划相关流程,达到了企业日常生产计划管理的需要,并为企业日后发展和以后相关系统的设计、开发夯实了基础。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of industry 4.0, manufacturing enterprises are also facing a new round of development opportunities, the traditional manufacturing enterprise production management system can not adapt to the development of today's society.Based on the current situation of production planning management in manufacturing enterprises, this paper aims to improve the effectiveness, scientificity, timeliness and accuracy of production planning management in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the feasibility analysis of technical, economic and operational aspects, the paper analyzes the actual business process and functional requirements of the enterprise, and then designs the detailed system function module and program flow, etc.The system function is implemented and tested.The system realizes the functions of means of production management, production planning management, production job management, warehousing management and purchasing management by using JSP language J2EE platform Ajax technology, SQL Server 2012 database and B / S structure, etc.The system realizes the effective application and operation of the production planning management system.The system meets the initial design requirements, basically realizes standardized, systematic, standardized production management operations, solves some of the deficiencies in the current production planning management, and to a certain extent improves the efficiency of production operations.It simplifies the process of production planning, meets the needs of daily production planning management, and lays a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises and the design and development of related systems.
