移动统一支付平台总体架构设计

【摘要】：移动通信技术的发展日新月异,电子支付已经成为人们日常生活必不可少的支付方式。移动支付凭借其随时随地无处不在的便利性,在不断节约支付成本的同时,也大大提高了支付的效率,为人们的生活带来了越来越多的便利。本文对移动统一支付平台的总体架构进行设计,设计了移动运营商统一支付平台的总体功能体系。移动统一支付平台的核心需求主要包括签约与解约、缴费支付、签约解约核对以及对账与结算;平台的开发设计要解决的关键技术包括系统扩展性、系统可靠性、系统兼容性、系统安全性以及数据一致性技术。基于统一支付平台的核心需求和关键技术,统一支付平台的主要功能子系统包括平台运营管理子系统、网上银行子系统与支撑子系统。与此对应,系统的主要业务流程包括签约解约部分和缴费退费部分。签约解约部分包括营业厅发起的签约、网站发起的签约、银行渠道发起的签约、副号码关联以及副号码发起的副号码解约等业务逻辑流程;缴费退费部分包括移动渠道签约缴费、批量扣费、非签约网银缴费、移动发起的退费等业务的流程。同时,本文对平台的部分部署实现进行了描述,对平台的网络拓扑与内外部接口进行了设计实现,主要是对组网方案、IP地址划分、银行接口、内部接口等进行了实现。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, electronic payment has become an indispensable payment method in people's daily life.Mobile payment, by virtue of its convenience everywhere at any time and anywhere, has greatly improved the efficiency of payment and brought more and more convenience to people's life, while continuously saving the cost of payment.In this paper, the overall framework of the mobile unified payment platform is designed, and the overall function system of the mobile operator unified payment platform is designed.The core requirements of the mobile unified payment platform include signing and releasing, payment, checking, reconciliation and settlement. The key technologies to be solved in the development and design of the platform include system extensibility, system reliability, system compatibility, etc.System security and data consistency technology.Based on the core requirements and key technologies of the unified payment platform, the main functional subsystems of the unified payment platform include the platform operation and management subsystem, the online banking subsystem and the supporting subsystem.Corresponding to this, the system's main business process includes contract termination and payment refund part.The part of contract termination includes the signing initiated by the business office, the contract initiated by the website, the signing initiated by the bank channel, the connection of the subsidiary number and the dissolution of the sub-number initiated by the subsidiary number, and so on.The payment and refund part includes mobile channel contract payment, batch deduction fee, non-contract net silver payment, mobile initiated fee refund and other business processes.At the same time, this paper describes part of the deployment of the platform, the platform's network topology and internal and external interfaces are designed and implemented, mainly for networking scheme IP address partition, bank interface, internal interface and so on.
