乌鲁木齐统计局档案管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：档案管理工作是企业日常管理中的一项最为基本的工作,随着信息技术的飞速发展,运用信息技术对档案信息进行管理,已经成为大多数企业的共识。早期的档案管理工作多采用纸质的方式对档案的信息进行记录,这种管理方式最明显的缺点就是信息的收集、保存等方面非常的不方便。系统在设计的过程中,使用了J2EE技术,包括JSP、MVC、JAVA等在内的关键技术完成了系统的开发过程。本文在深入走访统计局档案管理现状的基础上,对系统进行了可行性分析。在此基础上对业务需求、功能需求进行了细致的需求分析。在完成了需求分析后,首先对需求分析原则进行了说明,在此基础上对系统架构进行了设计,随后对档案条目管理、档案整理、移交管理、档案借阅、档案查询统计和系统维护模块及其子模块进行了详细的设计,在功能模块设计的基础上,对数据库的概念结构、逻辑结构进行了详细的设计。在设计的基础上,运用SSH框架技术,完成了代码的编写和界面开发过程。使用黑盒的测试方法完成了系统的测试,同时也对测试结果进行了分析和总结。系统已在统计局经过了初步的试运行,根据系统的运行效果来看,系统为改变统计局现有的档案的管理模式和提高档案信息的查询速度发挥了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The archives management work in the daily management of enterprises is one of the most basic work, along with the rapid development of information technology, the management of archival information using information technology, has become the consensus of most enterprises. Early records management work by way of paper file records, the most obvious way of management the disadvantage is that the information collection, preservation and other aspects is not convenient. The system in the design process, using J2EE technology, including JSP, MVC, JAVA and other key technologies, the completion of the system development process. This paper visited the Bureau of statistics based on the current situation of archives management, analyse the feasibility of the system on the basis of business requirements, functional requirements for a detailed analysis of the demand. In the requirement analysis, the demand analysis principle are described, based on this system The architecture design, then the file entry management, file sorting, file borrowing, file transfer management, query statistics and system maintenance module and sub module design in detail, based on function module design, database concept structure, logic structure design in detail. On the basis of the design. And the use of SSH framework technology, completed the preparation and interface development process code. The use of black box testing method to complete the system test, and the test results are analyzed and summarized. The system has been in the Bureau of statistics after a preliminary trial operation, according to the operation result of system, the system has played an important role in order to change the existing Bureau of archives management mode and improve the file information query speed.
