运营商ESOP业务管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着通信运营商集团业务竞争速度加快,集团业务实现精细化、自动化和信息化支撑,可以有效提高集团业务的市场竞争力,对于强化通信运营商的团队协调能力,迅速占有和保有市场,具有重要的作用和意义。本文首先详细地分析了ESOP系统研究的背景和意义,归纳了ESOP系统的国内外研究现状,总结了本文主要工作和创新点,描述了论文组织结构;其次,本文详细的介绍了系统的设计架构和开发技术,分别是ASP.NET技术、ADO.NET技术、C/S体系架构、B/S体系架构、Web服务技术和数据库技术,为系统设计与实现打下了坚实的基础。接着,本文从经济可行性、技术可行性、社会可行性、管理可行性等方面阐述了系统实现的可行性,使用UML用例图导出了系统的逻辑业务功能,分别是基础管理、个人大客户管理、我的客户管理、业务办理、预警管理、经营分析报告表和系统管理等七个方面,从系统数据一致性、安全性和完整性阐述了系统的逻辑完整性。然后,本文介绍了系统设计原则,描述了系统的网络拓扑结构和软硬件部署架构,分析了系统的整体功能架构,使用结构化流程图设计了系统的基础管理需求、个人大客户管理功能、我的客户管理、业务办理功能、预警管理功能、经营分析报表管理功能、系统管理功能等程序流程图,为系统设计和实现打下基础。最后,本文基于.NET技术和VS2005技术实现了一个完善的通信运营商ESOP管理系统,给出了系统的核心功能截图和部分核心代码。通信运营商ESOP系统实现完成之后,一经部署和使用,提高了企业集团业务的信息化、协作化水平,提高了集团业务的办理效率、市场竞争力,取得了显著的效果。
[Abstract]:As the competition speed of group business accelerates, the group business realizes fine, automation and information support, which can effectively improve the market competitiveness of the group business, and strengthen the team coordination ability of the communication operator.The rapid possession and retention of the market has an important role and significance.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of ESOP system research in detail, summarizes the current research situation of ESOP system at home and abroad, summarizes the main work and innovation of this paper, describes the organizational structure of the thesis.This paper introduces the design framework and development technology of the system in detail, which are ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology, C / S architecture, B / S architecture, web services technology and database technology, which lay a solid foundation for the system design and implementation.Then, this paper expounds the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economic feasibility, technical feasibility, social feasibility, management feasibility and so on. The logical business functions of the system are derived by using the UML use case diagram, which are respectively the basic management.This paper expounds the logical integrity of the system from seven aspects of personal key account management, my customer management, business management, early warning management, business analysis report form and system management.Then, this paper introduces the system design principles, describes the network topology and hardware and software deployment architecture, analyzes the overall functional architecture of the system, and designs the basic management requirements of the system using structured flow charts.Personal key account management function, my customer management, business management function, early warning management function, business analysis report management function, system management function and other program flow chart, for the system design and implementation laid the foundation.Finally, based on .NET technology and VS2005 technology, this paper implements a perfect ESOP management system for communication operators, and gives a screenshot of the core functions and some core codes of the system.After the implementation of the ESOP system of communication operators, once deployed and used, it improves the informationization and cooperation level of the enterprise group business, improves the efficiency of the group business management, the market competitiveness, and obtains remarkable results.
