基于过程管理的高校教学管理系统研究

【摘要】：在信息高度发达的网络时代,信息技术发展极为迅速,并普及到各个行业,学校也不例外,教学管理系统的应用也越来越普遍了,常常应用在日常的教育和管理活动当中。但是也暴露出管理系统结构不尽合理,信息传递渠道不够畅通等多方面的问题。为了解决以上问题,本文通过查阅大量的文献资料,总结一般信息管理系统的方式和发展趋势,再着重针对教学信息的数据特点,以学生的相关信息以及课程的相关信息作为数据基础,然后再结合教学计划、请假管理、考试、选题、考试成绩管理和通知通告等,通过三方信息查看与互动版块交流,从而可以实现教学数据的共享以及信息的实时反馈,最后可以依照数据信息变更与显示完全分离的原则,来实现对教学管理系统进行功能分解,并对各部分的攻城进行非常详细的设计。本系统采用B/S架构,前台开发语言选用PHP,后台选用免费的MySQL数据库,对基于过程管理的高校教学管理系统进行了开发和实现。本文所设计和开发的教学管理系统界面友好、操作简单,功能较为合理完善,且对于高校教学管理效率的提高、学校与家长之间的沟通交流以及信息反馈、问题处理和建议措施落实等方面有着较为重要和积极的促进作用,在应用中受到了广大师生和家长的肯定。
[Abstract]:In the era of highly developed information network, information technology is developing very rapidly, and it has been popularized to every profession. Schools are no exception. The application of teaching management system is becoming more and more common, and it is often used in daily education and management activities.But also exposed the management system structure is unreasonable, the information transmission channel is not smooth and so on many aspects question.In order to solve the above problems, this paper summarizes the way and development trend of general information management system by consulting a lot of literature, and then focuses on the data characteristics of teaching information.Taking the relevant information of students and courses as the data basis, and then combining with the teaching plan, leave management, examination, topic selection, test score management and notification, etc., through the tripartite information view and interactive section exchange,Thus, the sharing of teaching data and the real-time feedback of information can be realized. Finally, according to the principle of complete separation of data and information from display, the functional decomposition of the teaching management system can be realized.And each part of the siege of the city for a very detailed design.This system adopts the B / S structure, the front stage development language chooses the PHP, the backstage selects the free MySQL database, has carried on the development and the realization to the university teaching management system based on the process management.The teaching management system designed and developed in this paper has friendly interface, simple operation, reasonable and perfect function, and can improve the efficiency of teaching management, the communication between school and parents, and the feedback of information.The problem handling and the suggestion measures carry out have the more important and the positive promotion function, has obtained the general teachers and students and the parents' affirmation in the application.
