天安财险收付费系统设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,保险行业发展迅猛,保险行业业务不断创新。整个保险行业保费业务收入也越来越多。随着保险业务不断拓展和创新,各个保险公司保费收入和支出笔数呈现指数级增长,原有的依托于核心业务系统的单一功能模块收付费方式已经不能满足日益增长的收付费需求,将一线业务人员的职责和财务会计类岗位分开的呼声也越来越高。因此,对于原有核心业务系统改造,重写收付费系统成为本文的设计目标。收付费系统将完成接收承保系统、理赔系统、再保系统、销售管理系统的相关业务数据,集中处理各类结算账单,并将业务账单转换成总账系统财务凭证,上传到SAP总账系统中,实现业务和财务分离的目标。本文对收付费业务需求进行分析,整理出整个系统的用例图和流程图,对系统进行了非业务性分析,总结出运行环境和系统框架。本系统采用B/S架构、浏览器瘦客户端模式,允许任意操作系统的客户端浏览器运行。系统分为见费出单、收付处理、激活卡处理、资金处理、暂收款处理、呆账处理、业务凭证查询、基础配置、平台上传等功能模块,根据不同模块进行结构分析、系统设计以及数据库设计,对主要模块实现方式进行详细阐述。整个系统在实际运用过程中,可满足公司的收付费功能改良需求,实现了通过软件工程理论有效指导软件设计和开发,使得整个系统设计和实现能够充分考虑后续开发的可能性。在界面实现上,能够减少使用者的学习成本;在业务逻辑上,采用可维护型业务逻辑参数的方式,使系统具有开放性和可扩展性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the insurance industry develops rapidly, the insurance profession business unceasingly innovates.Insurance industry as a whole premium business income is also increasing.As the insurance business continues to expand and innovate, insurance companies have seen exponential growth in premium income and expenditure.The original single function module based on the core business system can no longer meet the increasing demand for collection and payment, and the voice of separating the duties of front-line business personnel from the financial and accounting posts is becoming more and more high.Therefore, for the original core business system transformation, rewriting the payment system becomes the design goal of this paper.The collection and payment system will complete receiving and receiving relevant business data of the underwriting system, the claims settlement system, the reinsurance system, and the sales management system, centralize the processing of all kinds of settlement bills, and convert the business bills into the financial vouchers of the general ledger system.Upload to the SAP General Ledger system to achieve the goal of separation of business and finance.This paper analyzes the demand of the collection and payment service, arranges the use case diagram and flow chart of the whole system, analyzes the non-business of the system, and summarizes the running environment and the system framework.This system uses B / S architecture, browser thin client mode, allows any operating system client browser to run.The system is divided into several functional modules, such as fee payment, receipt and payment processing, activation card processing, fund processing, temporary receipt processing, bad debt processing, business voucher inquiry, basic configuration, platform uploading and other functional modules, and analyzes the structure according to different modules.System design and database design, the main modules are described in detail.The whole system can meet the demand of the improvement of the collection and payment function of the company in the process of practical application. It can effectively guide the design and development of the software through the software engineering theory.The possibility of further development can be fully considered in the design and implementation of the whole system.In the aspect of interface implementation, the user's learning cost can be reduced, and in business logic, maintainable business logic parameters are adopted to make the system open and extensible.
