菲立公司电站设备生产质量管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：本文基于软件工程的方法和技术,论述菲立公司电站设备生产质量管理软件的开发。该软件的目标是在产品不断复杂和技术指标不断提高的形势下,解决企业面临的综合性质量管理问题,为质量工程师提供生产质控及产品质量改进的定量支持工具。论文从菲立公司质量管理的现阶段要求出发,首先建立了该软件的功能需求及其用例模型。该软件的功能特性主要围绕实现集成化的产品质量基础信息管理、强化生产制造过程中的质控功能、支持建立全面质量反馈闭环体系展开。以需求分析为基础,建立了该软件的设计方案。该电站设备生产质量管理软件是面向多用户的分布式平台,总体采用客户/服务器架构,主要的生产质量数据管理和事务处理功能模块集中配置在服务器平台端,在客户端面向不同的用户角色提供特定类型的视图映像。该软件在服务器端配置的任务模块有生产加工质量控制模块、质检信息管理模块、质检器具规范化管理模块、质量基础信息及事务信息管理模块、质量信息跟踪管理模块、质量分析模型管理模块等。论文较详细地论述了该软件的设计方案、主要程序的实现方式及测试内容和结果。菲立公司电站设备产品生产质量管理软件采用C++编程,运行环境面向Windows/.NET平台,数据库采用Oracle。目前该软件已完成开发和试运行测试。在实际生产作业环境的运行过程中,能够较好满足产品研发及生产制造过程质控事务的要求,初步的实践表明能够较显著提高工艺质控和产品质检的准确性,同时为改善产品缺陷提供有价值的实测数据与分析方面的支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the method and technology of software engineering, this paper discusses the development of production quality management software for power plant equipment in Ferry Company.The goal of the software is to solve the comprehensive quality management problems faced by enterprises under the situation of continuous product complexity and continuous improvement of technical index, and to provide quantitative support tools for quality control and product quality improvement for quality engineers.According to the requirement of quality management in Ferry Company, the function requirement and use case model of the software are first established in this paper.The function characteristics of the software mainly focus on realizing integrated product quality basic information management, strengthening the quality control function in the manufacturing process, and supporting the establishment of the total quality feedback closed loop system.Based on the requirement analysis, the design scheme of the software is established.The production quality management software of the power station equipment is a multi-user oriented distributed platform. The client / server architecture is adopted in general. The main production quality data management and transaction processing function modules are centrally configured on the server platform.Provides a specific type of view image on the client for different user roles.The task module of the software configuration on the server side includes the production and processing quality control module, the quality inspection information management module, the quality inspection instrument standardization management module, the quality basic information and transaction information management module, the quality information tracking management module.Quality analysis model management module.The design of the software, the realization of the main program, the test contents and results are discussed in detail.The production quality management software of Ferry Power Plant equipment is programmed by C, running environment is oriented to Windows/.NET platform, and Oracle is used in database.At present, the software has been developed and tested.During the operation of the actual production environment, it can meet the requirements of product development and quality control in the manufacturing process. The preliminary practice shows that the accuracy of process quality control and product quality inspection can be improved significantly.At the same time, to improve the defects of the product to provide valuable data and analysis of the actual support.
