上海电力公司生产运维数据交换平台设计与实现

【摘要】：上海电力公司的生产运维数据交换平台的开发,是面向公司全面的电力生产运行数据的内部和外部传输需求,实现数据文件、关系表、即时消息传输的基础信息平台,为公司当前的电力生产信息化管理提供完整和可靠的数据传输支撑机制。本文以软件工程框架为基础,结合企业的实际数据管理需求,着重从文件数据传输、关系表传输和即时消息传输的功能需求,以及主要的辅助管理功能需求方面对该平台进行了较详细的需求分析,给出了用例模型。在设计层面,该数据交换平台的软件组成架构划分为多层结构,分为面向运维工程师的导航环境层、面向全局性的数据交换状态的运行视图层、面向平台内部状态的运行监测层、面向数据交换传输任务管理和调度的配置管理层和传输层以及数据管理层次。在各个层次内部,基于面向对象的概念和方法对模块单元进行组织。在平台的运行监测管理层,按照两类功能进行内部的模块单元组织,分别是资源负载管理模块组和异常状态管理模块组。该平台基于C++编程开发,运行环境面向Windows并适应于主流关系型数据库。目前已完成主要的测试工作,进入到实际试运行阶段。通过该平台的开发和实施,对本电力公司的运维信息化管理起到积极作用,特别是通过全局信息交换架构,破除了以往以部门为单元的数据管理界限,实现了以数据的业务类型为基本单元进行管理,从而更好地利用供电生产及运维数据在精细化的运维管理方面的价值。
[Abstract]:The development of production operation and maintenance data exchange platform of Shanghai Electric Power Company is a basic information platform to meet the internal and external transmission requirements of the company's comprehensive electric power production and operation data, to realize data files, relational tables, and instant message transmission.For the company's current power production information management to provide a complete and reliable data transmission support mechanism.Based on the software engineering framework and the actual data management requirements of the enterprise, this paper focuses on the functional requirements of file data transmission, relational table transmission and instant message transmission.The requirement of the platform is analyzed in detail, and the use case model is given.At the design level, the software architecture of the data exchange platform is divided into multi-layer structure, which is divided into navigation environment layer for operation and maintenance engineer, and running view layer for global data exchange state.The operation monitoring layer is oriented to the internal state of the platform, the configuration management layer and transport layer for the task management and scheduling of data exchange transmission, and the data management layer.At each level, the module unit is organized based on object-oriented concepts and methods.In the operation monitoring management of the platform, the internal module units are organized according to two kinds of functions, namely, the resource load management module group and the abnormal state management module group.The platform is based on C C programming, running environment oriented to Windows and adapted to the mainstream relational database.At present, the main test work has been completed and entered the stage of actual trial run.Through the development and implementation of the platform, it plays an active role in the operation and maintenance information management of the power company, especially through the global information exchange architecture, which breaks down the data management boundary of the former department as the unit.The data business type is used as the basic unit for management, so that the value of power supply production and operation data in fine operation and maintenance management is better utilized.
