感知纪检监察平台建设的需求分析与设计

【摘要】:纪检监察部门要提升反腐倡廉建设科学化水平,推进反腐倡廉信息化工作,是一条重要途径。该项目借鉴先进地区电子监察成熟经验,在运用全息采集、综合比对、智能监控等技术手段的基础上,充分利用新区电子政务建设的既有成果,通过对信息资源和业务系统数据进行整合,紧贴新区纪检监察工作实际,建立新区感知纪检监察平台,持续拓宽权力监督领域,不断丰富网上监察源点,提升纪检监察工作水平,具有积极的现实意义。本课题结合纪检监察工作实践,对新区感知纪检监察系统的业务流程优化、功能配置、技术运用等方面进行了研究和实践。论文分析了系统研究的对象和范围、总体思路和工作目标,提出了系统建设的业务框架、主要内容及技术架构,从系统架构设计、功能设计、数据库设计等方面对新区感知纪检监察系统进行了设计论述。本系统基于J2EE体系结构开发,运用WebService、JSON等技术设计并实现了一个具有实时监控、预警纠错、绩效评估、统计分析、信息服务等功能的感知纪检监察系统,为纪检电子监察系统的信息化提供一个参考。
[Abstract]:It is an important way for discipline inspection and supervision departments to improve the scientific level of anti-corruption construction and promote the work of anti-corruption and clean government information. The project draws lessons from the mature experience of electronic supervision in advanced areas, and makes full use of the existing achievements in the construction of electronic government affairs in the new area on the basis of holographic collection, comprehensive comparison, intelligent monitoring and other technical means. Through the integration of information resources and business system data, closely following the practice of discipline inspection and supervision in the new area, establishing a new area perception discipline inspection and supervision platform, continuously widening the field of power supervision, and constantly enriching the online supervision source points, It is of positive practical significance to improve the level of discipline inspection and supervision. Based on the practice of discipline inspection and supervision, this paper studies and practices the business process optimization, function configuration and technology application of the perceived discipline inspection and supervision system in the new area. This paper analyzes the object and scope of the system research, the general idea and the working goal, and puts forward the business framework, main content and technical framework of the system construction, from the system architecture design, the function design. Database design and other aspects of the new area perceived discipline inspection and supervision system design discussed. This system is based on the development of J2EE architecture, using Web Service JSON and other technologies to design and implement a perceptual discipline inspection and supervision system with the functions of real-time monitoring, early warning and error correction, performance evaluation, statistical analysis, information service, etc. It provides a reference for the information of discipline inspection electronic supervision system.
