基于Android的##类公司移动办公自动化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：移动办公自动化管理是公司信息管理中的重中之重,公司文档的自动化、电子化管理不仅能够提高公司员工的办事效率,加强公司各个部门之间的沟通与协作,而且能够带动公司信息化产业更进一步的发展。本课题根据某移动办公自动化管理的实际需求,结合此公司在历史进程的不同阶段的实际需求,并综合考虑了此管理系统的自身特点和数据库的兼容性等优势,提出了一套适用于移动办公自动化管理的全新的设计方案。针对公司管理这一课题的研究现状和研究背景进行一定的考察,总结公司管理的研究现状及研究意义,进一步明确了本课题的研究目标和本论文的主要内容。其次,通过对##类公司移动办公自动化管理系统的功能性和非功能性需求、业务流程进行分析,结合Android开发、Hybrid开发模式、网络开发等技术的特点,对系统作了进一步的阐述,主要是从系统体系结构部分、功能结构部分和拓扑结构部分三大部分展开描述,设计出了一套基于Android的移动办公自动化系统。从功能上进行划分,系统可以划分为工作流子系统与移动助理子系统两部分,工作流子系统包括:公文处理、行政办公、人事管理等,移动助理子系统包括:日程管理、工作日志管理、任务提醒、通信管理等功能。本文对移动办公自动化管理系统不同的模块进行功能上的测试和验证,保证系统功能可以顺利实现,运行使用,并对系统的不同需求功能、系统不同阶段的办公信息数据等功能进行了进一步的处理和验证,保证系统的可靠性。此外,为确保系统使用的便捷、高效、可靠和安全,本文对系统响应速度、系统的简易操作、系统的效率等性能进行了进一步的完善和测试。通过验证得到,此系统适用于公司进行移动办公工作,并可以大大的提高管理人员的工作效率和工作准确性、可靠性。
[Abstract]:Mobile office automation management is the most important part of company information management. The automation of company documents and electronic management can not only improve the efficiency of the company's employees, but also strengthen the communication and cooperation among the various departments of the company. And can drive the company information industry further development. According to the actual demand of a certain mobile office automation management, combined with the actual demand of the company in different stages of the historical process, and the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the management system and the compatibility of the database and other advantages. A new design scheme suitable for mobile office automation management is put forward. This paper reviews the research status and background of the subject of corporate management, summarizes the research status and significance of corporate management, and further clarifies the research objectives and the main contents of this paper. Secondly, by analyzing the functional and non-functional requirements and business processes of ## mobile office automation management system, combined with the characteristics of Android development model of Hybrid development and network development, the system is further elaborated. In this paper, a mobile office automation system based on Android is designed based on the description of system architecture, function structure and topology. The system can be divided into two parts: workflow subsystem and mobile assistant subsystem. The workflow subsystem includes: document processing, administrative office, personnel management, etc. Job log management, task reminder, communication management and other functions. In this paper, the different modules of the mobile office automation management system are tested and verified in order to ensure that the functions of the system can be realized smoothly, run and use, and the different functions of the system are required. The functions of office information data in different stages of the system are further processed and verified to ensure the reliability of the system. In addition, in order to ensure the convenience, efficiency, reliability and safety of the system, the system response speed, system simple operation, system efficiency and other performance are further improved and tested. Through the verification, the system is suitable for the company to work in mobile office, and can greatly improve the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of the management.
