地税运维知识库的研究与设计

【摘要】:近些年来,伴随着计算机技术的高速发展以及税务部门信息化应用程度的普遍提高,信息化在税务部门的应用率呈现飞速增长态势。信息管税是在信息化时代税收的一大特色,税务部门的信息系统的数量也在不断攀升,有这些应用系统的存在,就不可避免的需要进行应用系统的运行维护,应用系统的运行维护是税务应用系统稳定、顺畅运行的基础。如果对这些大量的运维信息进行收集、整理形成运维知识,实现运维知识的合理存储和管理,就可以增加知识的积累,减少知识流失,为税务人员的学习、培训、工作提供便利,从而可以提供更好的运维服务来保障各税务信息系统的稳定、顺畅运行。本文基于地税优化实施问题管理平台,深度剖析了地税运维的现状,指出了当前地税运维存在的问题及在地税建立运维知识库的必要性,在充分做好需求分析后,借鉴当前较为流行的知识库系统的优点,采用MVC设计模式、成熟的Java Web SSH组合框架、中间件产品和数据库软件来对运维知识库进行设计实现。结合地税运维的实际情况,深入分析地税运维知识的结构组成,通过对知识分类和检索匹配两个技术难点进行分析研究,提出了合理的解决方案。地税运维知识库通过知识管理、系统权限管理、知识检索、文档管理等六大模块,来实现地税运维知识的有效管理和全文检索,便捷的知识管理和快速的高效的全文检索带来了良好的用户体验,大大提升了地税运维管理能力和运维效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and the general improvement of the degree of information application in tax departments, the application rate of informatization in tax departments is increasing rapidly. Information management and taxation is a major feature of taxation in the information age, and the number of information systems of tax departments is also rising. With the existence of these application systems, it is inevitable to carry out the operation and maintenance of the application systems. The operation and maintenance of the application system is the basis of the stable and smooth operation of the tax application system. If we collect a large amount of operational and maintenance information, organize and form operational and maintenance knowledge, and realize the rational storage and management of operational and maintenance knowledge, we can increase the accumulation of knowledge, reduce the loss of knowledge, and study and train tax personnel. The work provides convenience, thus can provide better operation and maintenance service to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the tax information system. Based on the optimal implementation problem management platform of local tax, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation of the operation and maintenance of local tax, points out the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of local tax and the necessity of establishing the knowledge base of operation and maintenance in the local tax, after fully doing the requirement analysis, Based on the advantages of the popular knowledge base system at present, MVC design pattern, mature Java Web SSH combination framework, middleware products and database software are used to design and implement the operation and maintenance knowledge base. Combined with the actual situation of local tax operation and maintenance, the structure composition of local tax operation and maintenance knowledge is deeply analyzed. Through the analysis and study of two technical difficulties of knowledge classification and retrieval matching, a reasonable solution is put forward. Through six modules of knowledge management, system authority management, knowledge retrieval and document management, the ground tax operation and maintenance knowledge base realizes the effective management and full-text retrieval of the ground tax operation and maintenance knowledge. Convenient knowledge management and fast and efficient full-text retrieval bring a good user experience and greatly improve the ability and efficiency of local tax operation and maintenance management.
