网络时代实现翻转式学习的对策研究

【摘要】:翻转式学习作为一种新兴的教学模式逐渐被应用于中国的K-12教育中,但目前我国对此模式的实施尚处于起步阶段,还存在诸多问题,所以需要结合国内现状对此进行研究。文章首先剖析目前国内K-12教育体系存在的弊端,其次对当前实施翻转式学习的机遇和挑战进行分析,最后综合各方面因素提出实施翻转式学习的对策:教学理念的改变是前提;硬件及资源的建设是良好辅助;教师专业能力的提升是关键;学生动力的培养与调动是根本。
[Abstract]:As a new teaching model, flipping learning is gradually applied to K-12 education in China. However, the implementation of this model in China is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems, so it is necessary to study it in the light of the present situation in China. This paper first analyzes the drawbacks of the current domestic K-12 education system, then analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the current implementation of flipping learning, and finally, synthesizes the various factors to put forward the countermeasures to implement the flipping learning: the change of teaching idea is the premise; The construction of hardware and resources is a good aid, the improvement of teachers' professional ability is the key, and the cultivation and mobilization of students' motivation is fundamental.
