大型设计企业分布式协同设计管理系统研究

【摘要】:国内对于协同设计的应用研究较少,目前还没有一套完整的清晰的工作流程来指导设计师们与施工团队和甲方顾客之间的协作互动过程,也还没有一套完整成熟的协作系统广泛运用于实际工程项目中。计算机和网络技术的飞速发展,广大设计师使用计算机水平的提高,使得协同工作成为可能。在企业走向协同设计的路途中面临着一些问题,比如设计标准的不统一带来的沟通障碍和资源浪费,低效的图纸管理造成的资源浪费和设计效率低下,协同设计环境的缺失阻碍了设计团队高效合作和水平提升,设计流程与设计内容缺乏关联造成项目管理无从落实,设计企业缺乏有效的集中存储手段等。协同设计管理系统具有分布性、交互性、动态性、协作性和冲突性以及活动多样性的特点,分析这些特点有助于为建立合理的协同设计环境体系结构提供参考。协同设计要求企业要有完善的企业内部设计标准,这个标准是所有加入公司的设计师必须学习和严格遵守的。同时还要建立起相对应的规则,才能保证协同设计管理系统很好的运行。协同设计管理系统的功能通过个人工作台,项目进度管理,协同设计管理,基础平台体系和服务端管理五个大模块来实现。在分布式协同设计管理系统研究的基础上,提出了构建一体化的协同工作平台的整体规划,并就其特点进行了研究和总结。将增量算法运用到存储和消重上,从而有效的缓解了数据存储和传输的负担。通过多客户端支持,多协同工作方式和图纸集的运用,增加了系统的易用性。随着BIM的出现与发展,本文还对BIM协作平台进行了研究。充分体现了系统的良好兼容性,BIM协同设计平台与基于AutoCAD的平台具有相同的系统底层数据结构,充分体现了分布式协同设计面向未来的良好特性。最后通过分析某企业应用协同设计管理系统的案例,可以看出,协同设计平台的推广可以带来很好的管理效果,在推广过程中总结了一些协同发展中需要关注的问题。
[Abstract]:There are few researches on the application of collaborative design in China, so far there is not a complete and clear workflow to guide the interaction process between designers and construction team and Party A customers. There is not a complete set of mature collaboration system widely used in practical engineering projects. With the rapid development of computer and network technology and the improvement of computer technology, it is possible for designers to work together. On the way to collaborative design, enterprises are faced with some problems, such as communication barriers and waste of resources brought by the disunity of design standards, waste of resources caused by inefficient drawing management and inefficient design. The lack of collaborative design environment hinders the efficient cooperation and level improvement of the design team. The lack of connection between design process and design content leads to the lack of project management and the lack of effective centralized storage methods in design enterprises. The collaborative design management system has the characteristics of distribution, interaction, dynamics, collaboration and conflict, as well as diversity of activities. The analysis of these characteristics will provide a reference for the establishment of a reasonable collaborative design environment architecture. Collaborative design requires a perfect internal design standard, which all designers who join the company must learn and strictly abide by. At the same time, the corresponding rules should be established to ensure the cooperative design management system to run well. The function of collaborative design management system is realized by five modules: personal workbench, project schedule management, collaborative design management, basic platform system and server management. Based on the research of distributed collaborative design management system, the overall planning of constructing an integrated collaborative work platform is put forward, and its characteristics are studied and summarized. The incremental algorithm is applied to the storage and cancellation, which effectively alleviates the burden of data storage and transmission. By using multi-client support, multi-cooperative work and drawing set, the ease of use of the system is increased. With the emergence and development of BIM, the BIM collaboration platform is also studied in this paper. It fully reflects the good compatibility of the system and the platform based on AutoCAD has the same underlying data structure, and fully reflects the good characteristics of distributed collaborative design oriented to the future. Finally, by analyzing the case of a certain enterprise application collaborative design management system, we can see that the promotion of collaborative design platform can bring good management effect. In the process of extension, some problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of collaborative development are summarized.
