面向航天企业试验管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着中国航天事业的不断发展和进步,航天型号任务持续增多,试验检测任务也急剧增加,严格控制产品质量是航天制造企业的首要任务,所以对产品质量检测过程有了更高的要求。在长期的设计、分析、工程测试过程中,产生了大量的工程试验数据,检测试验中心面临大量的试验数据处理、挖掘、分析工作,试验业务流程的集中式控制和管理等诸多问题,传统的试验检测管理模式已逐渐不适应现下的实际情况,试验检测管理信息化、数字化已迫在眉睫。本次选题主要结合航天制造企业检测试验的特殊管理需求和业务流程情况进行试验管理(Test Data Management,TDM)系统的设计与实现。由于科技的不断创新,航天型号产品的测试设备和检测方法也在不断改进,获取来自试验数据的方法也是不断变化的,因而有必要开发一套符合控制所航天型号试验管理特点的TDM系统来统一管理这些不同类型且随时间变化的数据。首先根据TDM系统及航天产品试验管理概况,从航天产品试验管理入手,根据试验管理的特点和存在的问题及功能特点进行阐述;然后对在航天型号研制过程试验管理的流程,进行可行性研究,分析总结了系统的功能性需求和非功能性需求两个方面内容,它提供了开发和设计的依据,为系统未来的运行打好了基础。最后阶段针对设计原则和目标对系统的逻辑架构、网络结构、系统的功能模块和安全性、数据库这五个方面进行设计阐述。随着企业信息化建设和实施的不断深入,企业越来越需要像TDM系统此类工具来提高测试的管理水平、缩短研究和试验的周期、降低科研经费。在上海航天控制技术研究所综合试验管理中运用TDM系统,从大量历史测试数据中进行分析,挖掘出一些隐藏的细节,并利用这些信息和经验来指导进一步的设计和测试工程。该系统的全线使用将更加规范我所检测试验的管理流程,优化试验体系,加强试验过程的管理与控制,更有效的保证试验数据的真实性、客观性,有利于试验数据的实时收集和挖掘使用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of China's aerospace industry, the number of spaceflight types continues to increase, and the task of testing and testing has increased dramatically. Strict control of product quality is the primary task of aerospace manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, the quality of the product testing process has higher requirements. In the process of long-term design, analysis and engineering testing, a large number of engineering test data have been produced. The testing and testing center is faced with a large number of test data processing, mining and analysis work. There are many problems such as centralized control and management of test business process. The traditional mode of test detection management has been gradually unable to adapt to the actual situation, so it is urgent to digitize the test management information. The design and implementation of Test Data Management (TDM) system based on the special management requirements and business process of testing and testing in aerospace manufacturing enterprises is presented. As a result of technological innovation, testing equipment and testing methods for aerospace products are constantly improving, and the methods used to obtain data from the tests are also constantly changing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of TDM system to manage these different types of data with time. First of all, according to the general situation of TDM system and aerospace product test management, starting with the space product test management, according to the characteristics of the test management, the existing problems and the functional characteristics, the process of the test management in the aerospace model development process is described. The feasibility study is carried out and the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed and summarized. It provides the basis for the development and design of the system and lays a good foundation for the future operation of the system. In the last stage, the logic structure, the network structure, the function module and the security of the system, and the database are designed and elaborated according to the design principles and objectives. With the deepening of enterprise information construction and implementation, enterprises need more and more tools such as TDM system to improve the management level of testing, shorten the period of research and test, and reduce the funding of scientific research. In the comprehensive test management of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Institute, the TDM system is used to analyze a large number of historical test data, and some hidden details are excavated, and these information and experiences are used to guide the further design and test engineering. The whole line use of the system will standardize the management flow of the test, optimize the test system, strengthen the management and control of the test process, and ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the test data more effectively. It is beneficial to the real-time collection and mining of experimental data.
