数字电视业务运营支撑系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着社会科学技术的不断发展,电视技术也得到了空前的提高。此前我国用户收看有线电视的方式主要是模拟数字电视,传输的信号为模拟信号,对于用户来说画质不清晰,信号不稳定;在经营模式上,形式比较单一,主要盈利方式是落地费及收视费;在运营模式上,未能将老百姓当成客户,也没有服务大众的理念,一直等用户上门订购。现如今随着时代的变迁,数字电视取代模拟电视已成为趋势,数字高清晰电视正快速走进中国寻常百姓的家庭。数字电视走进各家各户后,数字电视系统的管理出现了一些问题。传统的系统平台独立性较强,数据资源共享率低,部门之间的沟通不畅。针对这些问题,本文作者的实习单位所在团队设计了一个公共支撑运营平台,可以实现不同业务共享后台数据信息,形成一个有机整体,即数字电视业务运营支撑系统。系统分为七个功能模块:包括营业管理、运营管理、资源管理、统计管理、工程管理、接口管理和系统管理。此系统对于用户来说,帮助其体验高清数字电视节目;对于营业厅操作人员来说,方便其高效操作,提高效率;对于管理人员来说,系统提供的资源管理和报表统计功能为其提供更加全方位的管理。在数字电视业务运营支撑系统的设计与实现过程中,本文作者的主要工作内容如下:参与系统的开发调研工作,整理运营商和条件接收系统的相关资料并参与市场调研。熟悉数字电视系统文档,了解其基本组成、工作原理,了解数字电视通信基础知识、基本概念,参与了系统的需求设计;其次,使用数据库工具进行数据库设计,并参与了整个系统的架构设计的研究和讨论。在此基础上,本文作者对营业管理,接口管理等功能模块进行代码的开发工作,使用Visual Studio开发平台、SQL Server数据库和C#开发语言实现相关功能。最后,参与了项目的功能测试和回归测试,对系统进行不断的优化和新功能点的添加,结果显示该系统能够满足用户的相关需求。总体来说,该系统已经发布上线,能够正常稳定的运行,满足用户不同的体验需求,提高工作人员的工作效率,获得一致好评。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social science and technology, television technology has also been an unprecedented improvement. Previously, the main way of watching cable television in China was analog digital television, and the signals transmitted were analog signals. For users, the picture quality was not clear and the signals were unstable. In the business model, the form was relatively simple. The main profit way is landing fee and viewing fee; in the operation mode, the common people can not be regarded as customers, and there is no idea of serving the public, waiting for customers to order at their door all the time. Nowadays, with the change of times, it has become a trend for digital TV to replace analog TV. Digital high-definition TV is rapidly entering the families of ordinary Chinese people. There are some problems in the management of digital TV system after entering every household. The traditional system platform is independent, the data resource sharing rate is low, and the communication between departments is difficult. In order to solve these problems, the team of the author of this paper designs a common support platform, which can realize the different business to share background data information, form an organic whole, namely digital television business operation support system. The system is divided into seven functional modules: business management, operational management, resource management, statistical management, engineering management, interface management and system management. The system helps users to experience high-definition digital TV programs; for business operators, it is convenient to operate efficiently and improve efficiency; for managers, The system provides more comprehensive management for resource management and report statistics. In the process of design and implementation of the digital TV business operation support system, the author's main work is as follows: participate in the development and research of the system, collate the relevant information of the operator and conditional access system and participate in the market research. Familiar with digital television system documents, understand its basic composition, working principle, understanding the basic knowledge of digital television communication, basic concepts, participate in the system requirements design; secondly, use database tools for database design, And participated in the whole system architecture design research and discussion. On this basis, the author carries on the code development work to the business management, the interface management and so on function module, uses the Visual Studio development platform SQL Server database and the C # development language to realize the related function. Finally, it participates in the function test and regression test of the project, and optimizes the system and adds new function points. The results show that the system can meet the needs of users. In general, the system has been released to line, can run normally and stably, meet the different experience needs of users, improve the work efficiency of the staff, and get a good reputation.
