中药资源普查成果展示系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：国家中医药管理局从2011年开展全国中药资源普查试点工作之至今,已收集和汇总了大量数据,包括野生药用植物资源数据、栽培药用植物信息、传统知识、标本信息等。传统的纸质记录对成果的查询与共享应用较为不便。该研究采用B/S架构、Java Web框架和SOA的方法设计并研发了第四次全国中药成果展示系统。通过对中药资源普查试点上报数据的整合和梳理,为用户提供一体化的数据服务和数据查询展示解决方案。该系统实现了精细的数据分类,具有简洁的数据检索和高效的统计分析功能,利用Echarts组件、Geo Server、Open Layers等技术提供了图表、地图等多样化的数据展示形式,通过表格、统计图、地图3种形式,从中药资源、时间、空间3个维度,在国家、省(区、市)、县3个层级,对一般调查、重点调查、栽培调查、工作方案、种质资源、药材样品、腊叶标本、中药材市场、传统知识9个方面300多项指标进行查询统计和展示,直观、形象地体现资源的数量、分布、种类等,满足了不同级别用户的数据制图需求,为管理决策提供支持。
[Abstract]:The State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has collected and collected a large number of data, including wild medicinal plant resource data, cultivated medicinal plant information, traditional knowledge, specimen information and so on. Traditional paper records are inconvenient to query and share results. In this study, the fourth national Chinese medicine achievement display system was designed and developed by using B / S architecture, Java Web framework and SOA. Through the integration and combing of the data reported in the pilot survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources, the integrated data service and data query display solution are provided for the users. The system realizes fine data classification, has the function of concise data retrieval and efficient statistical analysis, and provides a variety of data display forms, such as charts, maps and so on, by using Echarts components such as Geo Server Open Layers. Map 3 forms, from three dimensions of traditional Chinese medicine resources, time and space, to general investigation, key investigation, cultivation survey, work program, germplasm resources, medicinal materials samples, preserved leaf specimens in national, provincial (district, city, county) levels, In Chinese herbal medicine market, more than 300 indexes in 9 aspects of traditional knowledge are queried and displayed, which directly and vividly reflect the quantity, distribution and type of resources, which meet the data mapping needs of users of different levels and provide support for management decisions.
