天津市河西区康复医院住院信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：本文简单介绍了医院出入院处、病区、药房、药库的业务流程,在整体分析医院各部门以及部门之间的实际工作业务的基础之上,结合管理信息系统开发的理念,开发了医院住院信息管理系统。开发本系统的目的就是利用计算机软硬件技术、网络通讯技术等现代化手段,对医院及其所属各部门(本系统不包含门诊部分)的人流、物流、财流进行综合管理,对在医疗活动各阶段中产生的数据进行采集、存贮、处理、提取、传输、汇总、加工生成各种信息,从而为医院的整体运行提供全面的、自动化的管理及各种服务的信息系统。住院信息管理系统是医院信息系统的重要组成部分,通过对系统进行设计,实现了住院处对病人的出入院管理,病区对患者在院期间的医嘱录入、医嘱执行、中心药房发药、计费等工作在本系统上得以实现,医院的住院信息化管理得到了预期效果。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the business process of hospital entry, hospital ward, pharmacy and pharmacy. On the basis of the overall analysis of the actual work business among various departments and departments of the hospital, combined with the concept of the development of management information system, The hospital hospitalization information management system is developed. The purpose of developing this system is to make use of modern means such as computer software and hardware technology, network communication technology and so on, to comprehensively manage the flow of people, logistics and money of hospitals and their affiliated departments (this system does not include the out-patient part). To collect, store, process, extract, transmit, collect, process and produce all kinds of information in each stage of medical activity, thus providing comprehensive, automatic management and information system of all kinds of services for the whole operation of hospital. The inpatient information management system is an important part of the hospital information system. By designing the system, the inpatient management of the patient is realized, the patient's doctor's order is entered, the doctor's order is executed, and the drug is issued by the central pharmacy. Accounting and other work in this system can be realized, hospital information management has achieved the desired results.
