Java应用型人才培养翻转课堂教学模式探索

【摘要】：Java作为最常用的计算机编程语言受到青睐,但在当前教学模式下出现毕业生专业技能达不到社会需求的问题。通过对Java人才的社会需求进行调查和人才培养现状进行分析,明确Java人才的社会需求并以其为导向,建构Java翻转课堂教学体系和管理模式,提出在Java应用型人才培养中应用校企合作和引入管理系统的翻转课堂教学模式,为Java应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the most commonly used computer programming language, Java is favored, but in the current teaching mode, the professional skills of graduates can not meet the needs of the society. Through the investigation of the social demand of Java talents and the analysis of the present situation of talent cultivation, the social needs of Java talents are clarified and guided, and the Java flipping classroom teaching system and management mode are constructed. In order to provide reference for the cultivation of applied talents of Java, this paper puts forward the flipping classroom teaching mode which applies the cooperation between school and enterprise and the introduction of management system in the cultivation of applied talents of Java.
