基于语义技术的慢性病自我管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着工业化和城镇化的发展、人口老龄化进程的加快和生活方式的改变,慢性病的患病率呈逐渐增长的趋势。日益增长的慢性病人群的治疗和护理带来了极大的经济负担和卫生服务挑战。对慢性病患者加强健康教育,提高患者的自我管理能力,能够有效地控制慢性病病情,延缓并发症的发生,从而减轻患者经济负担,提高医疗投入产出比,改善慢性病防治现状。要做好慢性病自我管理,除了需要患者了解自身的疾病情况,还要求患者掌握饮食、运动、用药、体征监测等多方面的知识和技能。因此,本论文引入语义技术,借助语义技术强大的知识表达能力和推理能力,通过对慢性病自我管理的内容和过程建模,实现根据患者特性为慢性病患者提供个性化的治疗方案和服务,从而提高慢性病自我管理实施的可操作性和有效性。本论文根据慢性病自我管理的实际需求,设计和构建了慢性病自我管理知识库,并在该知识库的基础上实现了移动端的慢性病自我管理系统。该系统以慢性病自我管理过程中所需的各领域知识为理论依据,结合语义化的患者临床数据,为患者制定个性化的治疗目标和计划,并推荐个性化的执行方案。系统通过语义推理分析患者治疗中产生的语义化过程数据,查找患者不依从或依从性差的原因,并提出相应的应对措施,从而提高患者的治疗依从率。该系统通过指导慢性病患者进行自我管理,帮助患者克服自我管理过程中遇到的困难,以达到促使患者长期坚持自我管理的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization, the accelerated process of population aging and the change of life style, the prevalence of chronic diseases is gradually increasing. The growing number of people with chronic diseases brings great financial burden and health service challenges. Strengthening health education for patients with chronic diseases and improving their self-management ability can effectively control the condition of chronic diseases, delay the occurrence of complications, reduce the economic burden of patients, and improve the ratio of medical input and output. Improve the status of chronic disease prevention and treatment. In order to manage chronic diseases well, it is necessary for the patients to know their own disease situation, and to master the knowledge and skills of diet, exercise, medication, physical sign monitoring and so on. Therefore, this paper introduces the semantic technology, with the help of the powerful knowledge expression and reasoning ability of semantic technology, by modeling the content and process of chronic disease self-management. In order to improve the operability and effectiveness of self-management of chronic diseases, individualized treatment schemes and services can be provided according to the characteristics of patients with chronic diseases. According to the actual demand of chronic disease self-management, this paper designs and constructs the chronic disease self-management knowledge base, and realizes the mobile side chronic disease self-management system based on the knowledge base. The system is based on the knowledge of various fields needed in the process of chronic disease self-management, combined with the semantic patient clinical data, to formulate individualized treatment goals and plans for patients, and to recommend individualized execution scheme. The system analyzes the semantic process data of patients through semantic reasoning, finds out the causes of patients' non-compliance or poor compliance, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the rate of patients' treatment compliance. The system can help the patients with chronic diseases to overcome the difficulties in the process of self-management by guiding them to self-management, so as to promote the patients to adhere to self-management for a long time.
