基于JavaEE的大型资金管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:资产管理公司资金系统的建设总体目标是利用计算机和互联网为代表的信息管理工具,实现资金管理理念与工具的结合,建立统一的资金运营业务管理平台,提升资金运营管理方式,提高资金运营效率,全面实现对资金项目的整体管理。中科软科技服务有限公司财会服务事业部对于金融领域内相关信息系统的开发具备丰富的工作经验和成熟的开发体系。在手工进行资金管理的方式难以满足日益增长的业务需求的背景下,该部门开发的资金管理系统具有开创性和先进性。资金管理系统是面向公司内部资金业务人员的系统,项目采用B/S(Browser/Server)的软件架构模式。系统的显示逻辑交由WEB浏览器实现,后台事务逻辑处理则由服务器Server处理。应用平台上,项目选择了当前主流的JavaEE作为本系统的WEB平台。利用三层架构的设计模式和三大框架的整合技术来实现系统要求的界面展示和业务处理。作者在中科软科技股份有限公司实习期间,就职于财会服务事业部。主要参与该资金管理系统相关模块的设计、开发、测试、维护等工作。具体工作内容如下:参与实现系统相关模块的需求分析。通过与需求人员以及系统相关模块使用者的细致交流,确保对业务需求的准确理解。通过深入分析现有系统的业务流程和开发经验,同时结合工作人员对于新模块的需求,参与完善需求文档的制定与更新;参与实现系统模块的技术选型以及设计工作。针对当下流行的各种Web应用程序框架以及关系型数据库的广泛应用,在系统设计过程中具体业务具体分析,为准确而高效地实现需求奠定基础;负责相关模块的设计与实现。包括用户设置、待办事项、邮件处理、对外融资、短期理财、收付通知以及接口相关的数据处理等等;完成系统功能性测试,保证新功能顺利引入的同时不会与原有功能产生冲突;负责系统维护与更新。及时处理系统应用过程中出现的各种漏洞和错误。在规定时间内有效地查找出缺陷并解决问题。参与版本迭代,添加功能模块,完善系统功能。该系统上线后运行顺利,满足了公司相关人员的日常资金业务处理,保证了各金融机构之间资金的便捷收付和顺利流通。本系统软件的开发设计实现体现了敏捷的开发理念,将科学高效的软件开发思想运用其中。使系统在顺利实现系统相关功能的同时,具备了良好的可用性,可维护性和扩展性。
[Abstract]:The overall goal of the construction of the Asset Management Co capital system is to use the information management tools represented by the computer and the Internet, to realize the combination of the concept of capital management and the tools, to establish a unified management platform for funds operation, to improve the management mode of capital operation, to improve the efficiency of capital operation and to realize the overall management of the funds project. The Ministry of Finance and finance of China Science and Technology Services Co., Ltd. has rich work experience and mature development system for the development of relevant information systems in the financial field. In the context of the difficulty of meeting the growing business demand by manual capital management, the fund management system developed by the Department is pioneering and The fund management system is a system oriented to the internal fund business personnel of the company. The project adopts the software architecture model of B/S (Browser/Server). The display logic of the system is implemented by the WEB browser and the logic processing of the background transaction is handled by the server Server. On the application platform, the project selects the current mainstream JavaEE as the W of this system EB platform. Using the design pattern of the three layer architecture and the integration technology of the three big framework to realize the interface display and business processing of the system requirements. The author worked in the finance and accounting service department during the internship of the Chinese soft Polytron Technologies Inc. It is mainly involved in the design, development, testing and maintenance of the related modules of the fund management system. The contents of the work are as follows: participate in the requirements analysis of the system related modules. Through careful communication with the users of demand and system related modules, the accurate understanding of the business needs is ensured. Through in-depth analysis of the business process and development experience of the existing system, and the participation of the staff in the needs of the new modules, the participation of the staff is improved. The development and update of demand document; the technology selection and design of the system module. In view of the popular Web application framework and the wide application of the relational database, the concrete analysis of the specific business in the system design process lays the foundation for the accurate and efficient implementation of the requirements; and the design of the related modules is responsible for the design. And implementation, including user settings, to-do, mail processing, external financing, short-term financial management, receipt and payment and data processing related to interface; complete system functional testing, ensure the smooth introduction of new functions without conflict with the original function; responsible for system maintenance and updating. Process the application process of the system in time All kinds of loopholes and mistakes. In the prescribed time, find out the defects and solve the problems effectively. Participate in the version iteration, add function modules, improve the system function. After the system goes online, the system runs smoothly, meets the daily fund business processing of the related personnel of the company, ensures the convenient payment and smooth circulation of funds between the financial institutions. The development and design of the software system embodies the agile concept of development, and uses the idea of scientific and efficient software development. The system has good usability, maintainability and extensibility while realizing the system related functions smoothly.
