基于00后中学生的移动搜索体验研究

【摘要】:移动互联网在中国飞速发展,并逐渐渗透到人们的日常生活、工作与学习当中,使得信息时代的社会化生活发生了飞跃性的转变,人们获取信息的主要渠道也从传统的PC端搜索转向了移动搜索。移动搜索因其移动性、关联性、时效性、便捷性等特性,迅速成为继移动即时通讯之后的第二大移动端应用,用户量猛增,市场前景大。各大互联网企业也纷纷在移动搜索领域布局推出自家的产品,并开始重视用户体验,而00后作为“互联网原住民”无疑是移动搜索众多用户中不可忽视的推动力。本课题不仅定性分析总结了基于00后的移动搜索体验要素,还将影响00后的搜索体验细化到具体的指标点并量化了每个要素、指标对整体搜索体验的影响程度,进而构建了基于00后移动搜索体验评价模型。基于00后移动搜索体验评价模型的构建一方面为各大移动搜索提升用户体验提供可操作性的借鉴,促进移动搜索的发展;另一方面弥补对00后定性研究的匮乏,为后续者的研究做铺垫。具体研究过程如下:通过选样对有2年网龄及以上网龄的00后中学生用户进行情境访谈,以尽可能免扰的方式了解到他们日常生活中使用移动搜索的真实场景,录音记录整个访谈内容并摄像记录其操作过程,进而获取用户的第一手资料。定性分析用户资料,梳理出00后用户使用移动搜索的几个典型情境,分别是家、学校、假期在外、交通工具上;解读出用户在这些情境下的搜索时间、搜索行为、搜索内容偏好、搜索方式及好的、不好的体验点,并整理出影响00后的移动搜索体验的因素。基于以上定性分析资料,结合用户体验相关理论知识以及层次分析法,将基于00后的移动搜索体验要素分为五个维度,包含有内容、功能、安全、交互、界面,每个维度下面又细分有具体的指标,以构建基于00后的移动搜索体验的评价体系。然后量化各个维度、及指标的用户体验:先构建判断矩阵,通过专家用户、及经验丰富的用户体验设计师对矩阵两两比较重要性赋值并计算出最终的权重值,得出基于00后的移动搜索体验的综合评价模型并通过一致性检验保证模型的可靠性。课题最后以神马android客户端的体验测评及优化为例,进一步验证了模型的实践性。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of mobile Internet in China, and gradually infiltrated into people's daily life, work and learning, making the information age of social life has undergone a leap change. The main channel for people to obtain information has also shifted from traditional PC-side search to mobile search. Mobile search, because of its mobility, relevance, timeliness, convenience and other characteristics, has quickly become the second largest mobile application after mobile instant messaging, with a rapid increase in the number of users and great market prospects. Internet companies have also launched their own products in the mobile search field, and began to attach importance to the user experience, and the "Internet aboriginal" is undoubtedly the driving force among many mobile search users. This topic not only qualitatively analyzes and summarizes the mobile search experience elements based on the 00, but also refines the post-00 search experience into specific index points and quantifies each element, and the influence degree of the index on the whole search experience. Then, the evaluation model of mobile search experience based on 00 is constructed. On the one hand, the construction of the evaluation model of mobile search experience after 00 provides an operational reference for each major mobile search to enhance the user experience and promote the development of mobile search; on the other hand, it makes up for the lack of qualitative research after 00. Pave the way for subsequent research. The specific research process is as follows: through sample selection, the middle school students who have 2 years of net age or above are interviewed in the situation, and the real scene of using mobile search in their daily life is learned in the way of avoiding disturbance as much as possible. Recording the whole interview and recording its operation process, and then obtain the first-hand information of the user. Qualitatively analyzing user data, combing out several typical situations in which users use mobile search after 00, namely home, school, vacation outside, on transportation, unscrambling the search time and behavior of users in these situations, Search content preferences, search methods and good, bad experience points, and sort out the factors that affect the post-00 mobile search experience. Based on the above qualitative analysis data, combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of user experience and Analytic hierarchy process, the mobile search experience elements based on 00 are divided into five dimensions, including content, function, security, interaction, interface, etc. Each dimension is subdivided with specific indicators to build a post-00 mobile search experience evaluation system. Then the user experience of each dimension and index is quantified: first, the judgment matrix is constructed, and through the expert user and the experienced user experience designer, the relative importance of the matrix is assigned and the final weight value is calculated. A comprehensive evaluation model based on mobile search experience after 00 is obtained and the reliability of the model is guaranteed by consistency checking. Finally, the experience evaluation and optimization of Shenma android client is taken as an example to further verify the practicality of the model.
