基于BS架构的物资台账管理软件的设计与开发

【摘要】:伴随着社会经济的蓬勃发展,很多企业为了提高自身在市场中自身的竞争力,纷纷拓展了很多业务。在业务量不断增长的情况下,企业部门单位的物资台账管理就显得尤为重要。然而传统的物资台账管理存在种种的弊端。首先,各部门所在物料领用、退库、结余不能序时动态反映。其次,单位物资监管部门不能实时监管企业的物资台账管理情况。伴随信息化技术的飞速发展,物资台账管理信息化已经成为必然的趋势。采用先进的计算机信息化技术代替人工管理物资不仅可以降低人工管理的错误率,同时也可以提高物资管理的反馈速率。本文将设计并实现一个基于BS架构的物资台账管理系统。本文使用ProcessOn作为系统分析UML建模工具,采用了PHP技术和SQLServer数据库,以及Sublime text 3作为开发工具。论文首先对物资台账管理系统的研究现状作了分析研究。在对系统进行可行性分析的基础上,用UML用例图的方法对系统基本功能进行了分析,并绘制了相关用例图,为后续的系统设计工作奠定了基础。对系统的总体功能进行了设计,并对系统各模块进行了功能设计和系统流程设计。同时,对数据库需求进行了分析,设计了数据库的逻辑结构,并对数据表进行了详细设计。然后,根据系统实现的基本要求,完成了系统各功能模块的界面构建和相关代码的程序设计,实现了系统的功能设计要求。最后,对系统整体运行情况进行了测试。本文实现了基于BS架构的物资台账管理系统的相关功能,系统测试的结果表明,该系统很好地满足了设计要求,具有较好的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of social economy, many enterprises have expanded a lot of business in order to improve their own competitiveness in the market. In the case of increasing business volume, the material account management of the enterprise sector units is particularly important. However, the traditional material account management has a variety of drawbacks. First of all, the departments where the material to receive, withdraw the warehouse, balance can not be dynamically reflected when the order. Secondly, the unit material supervision department can not supervise the material account management of the enterprise in real time. With the rapid development of information technology, material account management information has become an inevitable trend. The use of advanced computer information technology in place of manual management materials can not only reduce the error rate of manual management, but also improve the feedback rate of material management. This paper will design and implement a material account management system based on BS architecture. In this paper, ProcessOn is used as a modeling tool for system analysis, PHP technology and SQL Server database are used, and Sublime text 3 is used as a development tool. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of material account management system. Based on the feasibility analysis of the system, the basic function of the system is analyzed by using UML use case diagram, and the related use case diagram is drawn, which lays a foundation for the subsequent system design work. The overall function of the system is designed, and each module of the system is designed and the system flow is designed. At the same time, the database requirement is analyzed, the logical structure of the database is designed, and the data table is designed in detail. Then, according to the basic requirements of the system implementation, the interface construction of each functional module of the system and the programming of related codes are completed, and the functional design requirements of the system are realized. Finally, the whole operation of the system is tested. In this paper, the related functions of the material account management system based on BS architecture are realized. The system test results show that the system meets the design requirements well and has good practical value.
