移动自动化办公系统设计与实现

【摘要】:一直以来,企业都有随时随地进行企业事务管理,从而提高办公效率、降低办公成本的需求,但是受到移动通信数据传输速率以及移动终端软硬件性能的限制,移动自动化办公系统的应用受到限制,发展缓慢。随着4G、4G移动通信技术发展和完善,以及智能手机终端的软硬件性能的提升,为企业自动化办公系统提供了绝佳的发展机会。在此背景下,本文主要针对基于Android操作系统的智能移动终端上的企业移动自动化办公系统进行研究。本文所研究的移动自动化办公系统实现了企业具体办公业务的信息化处理,采用B/S三层结构进行设计,其中视图层为基于Android操作系统上的App应用软件,业务逻辑层实现对具体用户请求进行处理,数据层采用Oracle商业关系型数据库来实现对系统中数据的管理和维护。系统的B/S三层结构设计,不仅能有效实现系统的具体业务功能,同时还能够有效的保证系统的灵活性、扩展性及系统数据的安全性。因为系统中的数据都存储在数据库中,所以本文主要从数据库安全维护的角度来对系统数据安全进行研究,主要采用用户安全管理、数据库存取控制、数据视图机制和存储过程安全控制等数据库安全控制手段来有效的保证数据库中的数据不会被随意的窃取和篡改。为提高系统的性能,主要采用查询语句优化、尽量减少连接和适当增加冗余列等具体的操作来提高数据库中数据的管理性能;通过查询语句优化,来提高查询语句的执行速度;通过减少连接和适当增加冗余列来有效提高数据库中多表操作的性能,最终实现系统的性能优化。本文所设计的移动自动化办公系统,不仅充分考虑了用户随时随地处理公司事务的需求,同时还针对系统的安全性问题和性能问题进行了研究。不仅可以为用户提供服务,同时还兼备较好的用户体验。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the enterprise always manages the business affairs at any time, anywhere, so as to improve the efficiency of office and reduce the demand of office cost. However, it is limited by the data transmission rate of mobile communication and the performance of software and hardware of mobile terminal. The application of mobile automation office system is restricted and the development is slow. With the development and perfection of 4G mobile communication technology and the improvement of the hardware and software performance of smart phone terminal, it provides an excellent opportunity for the development of office automation system. Under this background, this paper mainly focuses on the enterprise mobile automation office system based on the Android operating system. The mobile automation office system studied in this paper has realized the information processing of the specific office business of the enterprise, and designed with the three-tier structure of B / S, in which the view layer is the App application software based on the Android operating system. The business logic layer processes the specific user requests, and the data layer adopts Oracle commercial relational database to manage and maintain the data in the system. The design of the three-layer structure of the system can not only effectively realize the specific business function of the system, but also guarantee the flexibility, expansibility and the security of the system data. Because the data in the system are stored in the database, this paper mainly studies the data security of the system from the point of view of database security maintenance, mainly using user security management, database access control, Data view mechanism, stored procedure security control and other database security control methods to effectively ensure that the data in the database will not be arbitrarily stolen and tampered with. In order to improve the performance of the system, query statement optimization is used to improve the management performance of the data in the database by reducing the number of connections and adding redundant columns appropriately, and the execution speed of the query statement is improved by optimizing the query statement. By reducing the number of connections and adding redundant columns, the performance of the multi-table operation in the database can be improved effectively, and the performance optimization of the system will be realized. The mobile automation office system designed in this paper not only fully considers the needs of users to handle company affairs at any time and anywhere, but also studies the security and performance problems of the system. Not only can provide the service to the user, but also has the better user experience at the same time.
