【摘要】:比色分析法是一种有效的定量检测方法,在众多领域中有着重要的应用。随着技术的发展,数字图片比色法被广泛的研究和应用,该方法通过分析数字图片的相关颜色信息来实现对物质的定量检测。传统的数字图片分析方法一般通过分析图片颜色的RGB值、CMYK值等建立与待测物质的关系,但是当所分析的物质颜色色调发生变化时,这些参数已不再适用。而现有的基于颜色其它指标分析色调变化的体系时,存在计算复杂和工作曲线非线性等问题。随着电子技术的飞速发展,智能手机的普及程度和性能都有了很大的提升。由于智能手机具有良好的图像采集功能和操作系统中开放的开发环境,因此可以自主开发应用程序来对所采集到的数字图片进行处理分析并实现面向现场的快速检测。本文提出利用智能手机和应用程序(APP)分析显色产物数字图像的主波长的方法实现对颜色色调发生变化的体系中相关量的定量检测。本文主要研究内容如下:1.研究了一种利用主色波长定量描述颜色的方法,通过将颜色初始的RGB信息转换到CIE XYZ色度系统实现颜色的定量描述。并研究各类颜色设备在颜色复现过程中的工作机理,在设备中颜色空间的转换。2.研究了Android智能手机的操作系统及应用程序开发环境的搭建过程和应用程序的开发流程。将颜色主波长的图像分析过程开发成智能手机应用程序并验证其可行性与准确性。3.将所开发应用程序应用于溶液pH值检测。将所测的结果与pH计测得的结果进行对比,证明该检测系统的准确性与可行性并说明该系统对于检测颜色色调发生变化的显色体系的适用性。
[Abstract]:Colorimetric analysis is an effective quantitative detection method and has important applications in many fields. With the development of technology, digital image colorimetry has been widely studied and applied. The traditional digital image analysis method usually establishes the relationship between the RGB value and CMYK value of the image color, but these parameters are no longer applicable when the color hue of the material is changed. However, the existing systems based on other color indexes have some problems such as complexity of calculation and nonlinearity of work curve. With the rapid development of electronic technology, the popularity and performance of smart phones have been greatly improved. Because smart phone has good image collection function and open development environment in the operating system, it can develop application program independently to process and analyze the collected digital image and realize the fast detection oriented to the field. In this paper, a method of analyzing the main wavelength of digital image of color product by using smart phone and application program (app) is proposed to realize the quantitative detection of the correlation quantity in the system where the color hue changes. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. In this paper, a method of quantitative color description using main color wavelength is studied. The color quantitative description is realized by converting the original RGB information of color to CIE XYZ chromaticity system. The working mechanism of all kinds of color equipments in the process of color reproduction is studied, and the conversion of color space in the equipment. 2. 2. The operating system and application development environment of Android smart phone are studied. The image analysis process of color master wavelength is developed into a smartphone application and its feasibility and accuracy. 3. 3. The developed application program was applied to the pH detection of solution. By comparing the measured results with those obtained by pH measurement, the accuracy and feasibility of the system are proved, and the applicability of the system to detecting the color system with color tonal changes is illustrated.
