螺旋焊管生产线信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:从国内钢铁形式、螺旋焊管的生产特点、国内焊管企业的产品结构特点等方面对螺旋焊管的重要性进行了论述。得出了螺旋焊管更适合于国内企业的生产形势,而且结合国内某公司的生产工艺和生产设备特点,设计一套符合企业生产和操作习惯的信息化管理系统。还针对企业的总公司和分公司情况,设计了公司的网络平台。使用支持虚拟网(VLAN)路由的千兆路由交换机作为局域网进行组网。网络设备由路由器和交换机组成,使得可管理性、可维护性大幅度提高。要求在接入层也采用支持VLAN划分,具有百兆接入、千兆上联能力的高性能接入交换机。也就是说,保留了前兆以上网络的扩展性。根据螺旋焊管生产线工艺信息的调研情况,设计了公司的整体信息化平台的组成结构。分析了生产线主要包括原材料的质量信息、成型和焊接过程参数、成品质量信息三方面数据信息。绘制了生产线中主机线和精整线的数据流图,根据各个岗位的数据组成特点和数据结构设计了公司的数据库结构类型。设计采用网络型数据库统一保存公司各个生产岗位数据。在各岗位保存数据之后,通过ASP开发网页查询界面,可查看关键岗位的生产情况,如生产日期、操作者、具体工艺参数等。关键岗位子系统的开发包括开卷岗位、切割喷码岗位和测长称重岗位。开卷岗位为生产的初始岗位,录入保存了板卷信息后,可以在生产线范围内共享,无需重复输入。切割喷码是实现钢管完成生产的岗位,通过切割后,钢管形成固定的长度和管号等信息,而管号是精整线检测的主要索引条件,所以开发此岗位信息子系统也是至关重要的。测长称重岗位为钢管为钢管检测是最终岗位,生产长度和质量的最终信息,并打印日报和月报。这三个岗位包括了信息管理系统中的开始、结束和核心信息生产的重要岗位,对整个系统的研发具有关键意义。
[Abstract]:The importance of spiral welded pipe is discussed from aspects of domestic steel form, production characteristics of spiral welded pipe and product structure characteristics of domestic welded pipe enterprises. It is concluded that the spiral welded pipe is more suitable for the production situation of domestic enterprises, and a set of information management system is designed according with the production process and production equipment characteristics of a domestic company. Also for the company's head office and branch companies, the design of the company's network platform. Gigabit routing switches that support virtual network routing (VLAN) are used as local area networks (LAN) for networking. Network equipment consists of routers and switches, which greatly improve manageability and maintainability. A high performance access switch with 100 megabit access and gigabit connection is also required in the access layer. That is to say, keep the expansibility of the network above precursor. According to the investigation of process information of spiral welded pipe production line, the structure of the whole information platform of the company is designed. The production line mainly includes three aspects: raw material quality information, molding and welding process parameters, and finished product quality information. The data flow diagram of the mainframe line and the finishing line in the production line is drawn, and the database structure type of the company is designed according to the data composition characteristics and data structure of each position. The design adopts the network database to save the data of each production position of the company. After each post saves the data, through ASP develops the webpage inquiry interface, may view the key post production situation, such as the production date, the operator, the concrete craft parameter and so on. The development of the key post subsystem includes the open-roll position, the cutting spray-coding position and the measuring and weighing post. Open-roll position is the initial position of production, input and save the information, can be shared in the production line, no repeat input. Cutting spray code is the position to complete the production of steel pipe. After cutting, the pipe forms information such as fixed length and pipe number, and the pipe number is the main index condition of finishing line detection, so it is very important to develop the post information subsystem. Weighing position is the final position, production length and quality information, and print daily and monthly report. These three positions include the beginning, the end and the core information production in the information management system, which is of key significance to the research and development of the whole system.
