投资型公司投资管理分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：投资管理分析的是投资者在进行投资决策时的重要依据,其要求在了解自身投资行为的基础上,对管理行业背景、管理行业宏观发展环境、微观发展环境、相关产业、地理位置、资源和能力、市场详细情况、销售策略、财务详细评价、项目价值估算等进行分析研究,更能反映投资行为的前景与价值性,得出更科学、更客观的结论。本文针对目前企业投资领域存在的一些问题,设计并实现了投资管理分析系统。本文对企业的投资管理分析系统进行详细的研究及分析。在系统实现的过程中使用了J2EE开发框架、JavaScript技术及JSP技术,同时系统采用了MySQL数据库来对数据进行管理。通过对投资管理的分析,本文将投资管理分析系统划分为企业信息注册、系统管理、投资管理、融资管理和统计分析报表等五大模块;然后通过软件理论,对系统进行类设计、接口设计和方法设计,最后通过JAVA语言编写各个模块的关键代码。测试结果表明,本系统能够符合企业的投资管理的实际使用需求和设计需求。本文设计实现的投资管理分析系统,可以帮助企业用户管理其投资过程和融资过程,进而可以提高其管理效率;并通过系统对企业用户的投资进行管理分析,一方面可以降低企业用户投资的风险,另一方通过借鉴系统中其他企业用户投资经验,可大大提高投资收益。
[Abstract]:The analysis of investment management is an important basis for investors to make investment decisions. It requires that the background of the management industry, the macro development environment of the industry, the micro development environment, and the related industries should be managed on the basis of understanding their own investment behavior. Geographical location, resources and ability, market details, sales strategy, financial detailed evaluation, project value estimation, etc., can reflect the prospect and value of investment behavior, and draw more scientific and objective conclusions. Aiming at some problems existing in the field of enterprise investment, this paper designs and implements an investment management analysis system. This article carries on the detailed research and the analysis to the enterprise investment management analysis system. In the process of system implementation, J2EE development framework JavaScript technology and JSP technology are used, and MySQL database is used to manage the data. Through the analysis of investment management, this paper divides the investment management analysis system into five modules: enterprise information registration, system management, investment management, financing management and statistical analysis report. Interface design and method design, finally through Java language to write the key code of each module. The test results show that the system can meet the practical and design requirements of enterprise investment management. The investment management analysis system designed in this paper can help enterprise users manage their investment process and financing process, and then improve their management efficiency. On the one hand, the investment risk of enterprise users can be reduced; on the other hand, the investment income can be greatly improved by drawing on the investment experience of other enterprise users in the system.
