CNG-油合建站一体化控制管理系统的构建与测试

【摘要】:国务院印发《大气污染防治行动计划》明确指出到2017年,天津市PM2.5浓度较2012年要下降25%左右。CNG站作为清洁能源车的能源供应站点,对清洁能源车辆的推广起着基石作用。目前主要的CNG加气站的建站形式是在原有加油站的基础上建设CNG-油合建站,但CNG-油合建站的管理形式容易诱发边缘区域界定困难、同酬却工作强度不同、责任推诿、安全意识下降、人力成本高、办公资源浪费、油-气双动力的车主手中多张卡等问题。因此,研究新型高效的CNG-油合建站一体化控制管理系统,具有重要的应用价值。本文在详细分析国内外相关研究现状和发展趋势的基础上,仔细分析了加油站运营管理系统和加气站运营管理系统两套独立自动控制系统在管理过程中的异同点,通过进行剖析分解,提炼共通性,设计出一套加油和加气通用的自动化管理系统,实现了站内办公软件一套化,人员一组化,责任唯一明确,物资统一调度的办公系统,解决了油-气双动力车主的多张卡问题。论文通过需求分析确定中心管理系统、站上管理系统和营业厅管理系统为核心部分,通过网页端和桌面程序展示。中心管理系统提供数据和接口支持及最高权限的作用,逻辑部分通过nodejs技术结合MongoDB实现后台逻辑部分,展示管理页面由js结合html、css等技术完成。站上管理系统提供IC加油/加气基本使用功能,结合硬件设备,借助winform程序实现。营业厅管理系统提供IC卡发卡充值等基础功能,用js,html,css等技术来实现,极大了减少了对硬件的依赖。该系统运行结果显示,CNG-油合建站一体化控制管理系统达到了预期目标,满足了工作要求,对CNG-油合建站的综合管理具有指导和应用价值。
[Abstract]:The State Council's Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air pollution clearly points out that by 2017, the concentration of PM2.5 in Tianjin will be about 25 percent lower than in 2012. CNG Station is the energy supply station for clean energy vehicles, which plays a cornerstone role in the promotion of clean energy vehicles. At present, the main CNG filling station is built on the basis of the original gas station. However, the management form of the CNG- oil joint construction station can easily lead to difficulties in defining the marginal area, but the equal pay is different in intensity of work, and the responsibility is shirked. Safety awareness decline, high labor costs, waste of office resources, oil-gas dual-powered car owners in the hands of multiple cards and other problems. Therefore, it has important application value to study a new and efficient integrated control management system for CNG-oil construction station. Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign related research, this paper carefully analyzes the similarities and differences between the two sets of independent automatic control systems in the management process of the gas station operation management system and the filling station operation management system. By analyzing and decomposing, refining commonality, designing a set of automatic management system for refueling and aerating, realizing a set of office software in the station, with one-person histochemistry, only definite responsibility, unified dispatch of materials and materials. Solve the problem of multiple cards of oil-gas dual-power car owners. This paper determines the central management system through demand analysis, the management system on the station and the management system of the business office as the core part, which is displayed through the webpage and the desktop program. The central management system provides data and interface support as well as the function of the highest authority. The logic part realizes the backstage logic part through nodejs technology and MongoDB. The display management page is completed by js and htmlcss and so on. Station management system provides IC refueling / aeration basic functions, combined with hardware equipment, with the help of winform program. The business hall management system provides basic functions such as IC card recharge and so on, which is realized by using jslhtmlcss and other technologies, which greatly reduces the dependence on hardware. The operation result of the system shows that the integrated control management system of CNG- oil joint construction station has achieved the expected goal and satisfied the working requirements. It has guidance and application value for the comprehensive management of CNG- oil joint construction station.
