银行收单风险监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:智能移动终端伴随着科技的进步也在迅猛的发展和普及,银行将重心转至收单业务,它的普及对特约商户也可以带来很多的便利和利润。收单业务给人们带来便捷的同时,也存在着许多潜在的风险,例如以虚假、不实的资料申请特约商户的资质;在POS机上转载侧录仪器,盗用持卡人信息;违反保密协议泄露账户及交易信息;套现、洗单等。本文以昆仑银行收单交易风险监控系统项目为背景,阐述如何通过收单风险监控系统对商户数据进行侦测分析,并且将风险结果进行预警,辅助业务人员进行决策操作。最终实现对收单风险的监控目的。本文将从银行业务流程及管理需求的角度为出发点,对系统进行深层次的分析,同时考虑到实际应用和管理的场景,对系统的技术实现进行考量将Web应用服务整体架构在J2EE平台之上,按照不同层次分为展现层、服务层、持久层,将使用AJAX和JavaScript等主流方法对前台应用进行实现,同时用Hibernate来实现数据的稳定性访问。针对数据的分析处理方面,在Linux系统环境下,采用Unix编程语言与主控服务进行交互,对数据进行批量/准实时的侦测,通过Shell语言发送文件脚本及启动进程控制脚本等辅助作用。对于数据的存储则采用的是DB2数据库。本课题将以案件管理模块、风险规则管理模块、风控业务处理模块以及监控工作流模块等4大模块为核心,进行深入的探究和讨论。案件管理模块,对报警结果分析页面显示的内容,按商户建案,可以查看详细信息,查看商户的入账类型和该商户的报警结果分析,并可以对商户延迟入账等处理;风险规则管理模块,系统需提供规则制定界面,将规则制定的必要条件提供录入界面,主要包括规则的创建及测试、规则赋权及报警设置以及规则的删除等操作界面;系统管理员可对本系统的用户及角色进行增删改查功能,根据用户所属机构查看处理不同范畴的信息,对不同角色分配相应的权限;监控工作流的管理模块,侦测系统应提供警报提醒、欺诈确认、核实处理(即,发送传真、建案、暂扣、追收调查、调整商户及终端信息,记录下是欺诈调查的结论)、备注记录、效能信息统计等方面的功能支持、效能评估等方面的功能支持。通过本课题的深入探究,完成了对收单风险监控系统的既定目标,即完成了各项功能模块的前期设计预期。目前系统完成各项功能、性能等测试,符合上线要求。系统目前已经投产。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and popularization of technology, the bank will focus on receiving orders, its popularity can also bring a lot of convenience and profit to special merchants. At the same time, there are many potential risks, such as using false and false information to apply for the qualification of special merchants, reprinting side recording instruments on POS, and stealing information of cardholders. Breach of confidentiality agreement to disclose account and transaction information; cash, washing, etc. In this paper, based on the project of Kunlun Bank, this paper expounds how to detect and analyze the data of merchants through the risk monitoring system, and to warn the risk result to assist the business personnel to make decision. Finally achieve the purpose of monitoring the risk of receipt. From the perspective of banking business process and management requirements, this paper will make a deep analysis of the system, taking into account the practical application and management scenarios. Based on the J2EE platform, Web application services are divided into presentation layer, service layer and persistence layer, which will be implemented by Ajax and JavaScript. At the same time, hibernate is used to realize the stable access of data. In the aspect of data analysis and processing, in Linux system environment, the Unix programming language is used to interact with the main control service, and the data is detected in batches / quasi real time. Sending file scripts and startup process control scripts through shell language. For data storage, the DB2 database is used. This topic will take the case management module, the risk rule management module, the wind control business processing module and the monitoring workflow module as the core, carries on the thorough exploration and the discussion. Case management module, according to the alarm result analysis page display content, according to the business case, can view the detailed information, check the business account type and the business alarm result analysis, and can delay the business account entry and other processing; Risk rule management module, the system needs to provide a rule-making interface, the necessary conditions for rule-making to provide input interface, including rule creation and testing, rule weighting and alarm setting and rule deletion operation interface; The system administrator can add or delete the functions of users and roles of the system, view and process the information of different categories according to the organizations to which the users belong, assign the corresponding authority to different roles, monitor the management module of workflow, The detection system should provide alarm alerts, fraud confirmation, verification processing (i.e., sending faxes, building cases, suspensions, recovery investigations, adjusting merchant and terminal information, recording the findings of fraud investigations), notes, records, Performance information statistics and other aspects of functional support, effectiveness evaluation and other aspects of functional support. Through the in-depth study of this topic, the established goal of the risk monitoring system is completed, that is, the pre-design expectation of each function module is completed. At present, the system completes each function, the performance and so on test, conforms to the on-line request. The system has now been put into production.
