电信故障处理管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:电信故障处理管理系统是中国电信集团运行维护支撑系统的关键子系统,可以对电信业务在运行过程中出现的故障信息进行实时地跟踪和处理,同时对故障相关的数据和文件进行归档,方便以后对数据进行分析和统计。本文在了解目前电信集团故障处理系统缺点的基础上,对电信故障处理管理系统的需求调研、可行性研究、建设目标、相关技术、系统设计和实现等方面做了全面分析后,再结合组件、XML(eXtensible Markup Language)和工作流(JBPM)技术,给出一种基于XML的组件化工作流建模方法。并利用该方法最终实现了故障工单从申告、受理、派单、接受、转单、回复、销障,到归档的一整套工作流流程。为中国电信集团提供技术支持。本文根据故障处理的实际特点,提出系统应具有面向最终用户的流程灵活定制的特点,同时系统采用B/S模式的整体框架,即浏览器与服务器交互的方式。为用户的使用带来灵活性和便利性。本系统通过对故障工单的跟踪和处理,能及时了解电信业务系统所存在的故障信息,从而实时的去处理这些电信故障并有针对性的去维护,有效地减少电信集团公司系统发生故障的次数。显著地提高了电信集团公司系统运行的效率。
[Abstract]:The telecom fault management system is the key subsystem of the operation and maintenance support system of China Telecom Group. It can track and process the fault information of the telecom business in real time. At the same time, the fault-related data and documents are archived to facilitate the later analysis and statistics of the data. On the basis of understanding the shortcomings of the current fault management system of telecom group, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the demand investigation, feasibility study, construction goal, related technology, system design and implementation of the telecom fault management system. Combined with component XML (extensible markup language) and workflow (JBPM) technology, a component workflow modeling method based on XML is presented. Finally, this method is used to realize a whole set of workflow flow from declaration, acceptance, dispatch, acceptance, transfer, reply, cancellation and archiving. Provide technical support to China Telecom Group. According to the actual characteristics of fault handling, this paper puts forward that the system should have the characteristic of flexible customization of the flow oriented to the end user. At the same time, the system adopts the whole frame of the B / S mode, that is, the way of the interaction between browser and server. Bring flexibility and convenience to users. Through the tracking and processing of the fault work list, the system can understand the fault information of the telecommunication service system in time, so as to deal with these telecom failures in real time and to maintain them pertinently. Effectively reduce the number of system failures in telecom group companies. The system operation efficiency of telecom group company is improved significantly.
