企业协同办公平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,企业寻找一个智能化、智能化、性能高、整合高、的综合管理办公平台,来满足日常办公、交流信息、业务管理等协同常规功能,也更进一步的解决办公移动性、沟通即时性、共享数据性等方面的需要。因此,根据新疆某集团公司(简称新疆某公司)的需要,建立一个企业协同办公平台就非常有意义了。 本文根据新疆某公司对企业协同办公平台的实际需求,分析了它的总体需求和系统流程,并且从系统功能需求和非功能需求两个方面进行了详细的阐述。在系统需求分析的基础上,分析了采用目前流行的B/S三层架构,并对运用的ASP.NET2.0技术进行了详细介绍。在运用B/S三层架构的体系结构的ASP.NET技术,即标准的三层结构,服务器段为应用系统,Web浏览器是最终用户界面,对系统的每个功能模块分别进行了设计和实现。新疆某公司企业协同办公平台系统分为个人事务、工作流、行政办公、人力资源,系统维护等五个子系统,基本实现了该企业协同办公平台的常用功能。 新疆某公司企业协同办公平台经过系统需求分析、设计、实现和测试完善后,系统的特点是:①系统的易用性、视觉效果好;②即时共享性,不同权限的企业合法用户享受相应不同的信息服务;③系统的安全性较高;④系统性能稳定。该平台已经在新疆某公司投入使用,期间平台运行情况良好,提高了企业整体运转能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, enterprises are looking for an intelligent, high performance, integrated, integrated office platform to meet the routine functions of daily office, exchange of information, business management, etc. It also solves the need of office mobility, communication instantaneity, data sharing and so on. Therefore, it is very meaningful to set up a cooperative office platform according to the needs of Xinjiang Group Company. According to the actual demand of a company in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes its overall demand and system flow, and expounds in detail two aspects: system functional requirement and non-functional requirement. On the basis of system requirement analysis, this paper analyzes the current popular B / S three-tier architecture, and introduces the ASP.NET2.0 technology in detail. Using the ASP.NET technology of the three-tier architecture of B / S, that is, the standard three-tier structure, the server segment is the application system and the web browser is the end-user interface. Each functional module of the system is designed and implemented separately. The cooperative office platform system of a company in Xinjiang is divided into five subsystems: personal affairs, workflow, administrative office, human resources and system maintenance. After the system requirement analysis, design, implementation and test are completed, the characteristics of the system are the ease of use of the system, the visual effect is good and the real-time sharing. The security of enterprise legitimate users with different permissions is relatively high and stable. The platform has been put into use in a company in Xinjiang.
