三华机车产品生命周期管理系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, it has been widely used in various fields. Especially in the process of production control management, many automatic management systems have been developed and implemented. The efficiency of production has been improved effectively and good results have been obtained. First of all, this paper describes the background of product lifecycle management (PLM) system, describes the purpose and significance of the system research, analyzes the current research situation of the system at home and abroad, summarizes the shortcomings and development trends of the system. And summarized the main research content and organizational structure of this paper. Secondly, this paper analyzes the key technologies of system design and implementation, describes the C / S (client / Server) architecture and its advantages: ASP. Net technology, database technology and Web server technology. Lay a solid theoretical foundation for system design and implementation. Then, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the system from four aspects: economic feasibility, technical feasibility, social feasibility and management feasibility, and verifies that the development and implementation of the system is feasible; Using UML (Unified Modeling language) use case to analyze the logic business of the system, the logical business function modules of the system are derived, which are the product structure management, the product design document management system, the parts management module, respectively. Product design change management module, workflow management module, project management module, product configuration management module, product process management module, process electronic drawing board design module, data integration and interface management module, Twelve key systems, such as visualization and browsing management module and system management tool module, are analyzed from the aspects of usability, reliability and security. Thirdly, this paper introduces the system design principles in detail, and gives the overall scheme of network topology, hardware and software platform, functional hierarchy architecture and deployment architecture of the system. At the same time, each function of the system is modeled and designed by using the structured flow chart, and the structured process of the system logic business is derived, and the database of the system is designed by using the E-R diagram and the relational table. Finally, this paper uses ASP.NET technology, ADO. Net technology and workflow technology to realize a perfect PLM system. The running screenshots and core codes of the system are given, and the system is tested. The test results show that the system has good usability. Reliability. After deployment, the system can effectively improve the quality of product design and product production management, can control the project management in real time, and ensure the construction progress.
