基于数据留痕和控件模板的计量信息管理系统研究与实现
[Abstract]:Measurement is the pillar of the development of science and has been applied in every aspect of life. The measurement organization is responsible for carrying out the task of verification / calibration and ensuring the accurate and reliable transmission of value. With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, metrology work has already had considerable complexity and data redundancy, while most metrology organizations still adopt the method of paper record, which is inefficient and difficult to share information. Data can not be stored and retrieved effectively, which greatly hinders the effective development of measurement work. Considering that the Internet has become a research hotspot supported by the state, the metrological management has turned into a breakthrough. The metrology service management system is composed of information management and detection service. This paper designs and implements the metrological information management system. The main contents of the system are the management of system information such as: 1, department of measurement organization, user, role authorization, module partition, function deployment, etc., the maintenance of metrological specification and the construction of digitized original record template. In addition, the information management and periodic verification / calibration of the metrological standard device are used to write the operation of the system user to the log file, and to provide the query of log information, instrument status and task statistics and so on, as well as the residual mark 3 of data modification in the original record, the information management and periodic verification / calibration of the metrological standard. Among them, there are two key problems in this paper, one is the template problem of digital original record, the quantity of measuring instruments keeps increasing, the updating of rules and regulations is speeding up, and the paper original record is inefficient and error-prone. The disadvantages of not easy to store and retrieve. This paper integrates the structure of regulation specification, extracts the general control library, assembles the template by dragging and dropping the control, calls the formula library to automatically calculate and verify the results, and retrieves the basic information of the measuring instruments in the database to generate digitization. Standardized original record template; second, the problem of data mark, digital original record template can not keep handwriting as paper records, do not support the marking of data, can not display changes at the same time, The immutability of the raw data cannot be ensured. In the execution of verification task, when the original record is created for the first time, the focus of the text box is obtained, the keypad key value is monitored to ensure the change mark of the input data, for the original record with the old version, from the text to the value, The comparison of the three data types in the select box acquires the modified content of the original record, in which the text comparison adopts LCSS algorithm, which is fast and efficient. The metrology information management system constructs the environment of creating the original record template based on the control, which provides the generation of the standardized template for most measuring instruments, and supports the automatic import of the instrument information. The validity of the verification data and the automatic operation of the verification results improve the accuracy, reliability and objectivity of the results, and ensure the originality of the records by using the method of keeping marks in stages, and realize the legitimacy of the verification data. To provide a digital platform for sharing data and information within the organization, to optimize the decision-making methods and means of managers, to solve the cooperative work and information transmission among departments, to improve the overall efficiency of the work of the organization, and to provide reliability for the broad masses of the people. Accurate, convenient technical service guarantee. The system has been on line and running smoothly for one year, the effect is good.
