面向智慧城市的大数据开放共享平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:针对建设中数据规划及管理存在的问题,提出一种从政务数据资产的角度入手定义智慧城市大数据空间模型,对智慧城市大数据开放共享平台进行总体设计的方法。通过合理划分空间维度及空间抛面,建立大数据模型、业务系统、数据实例、及数据目录的映射关系,实现智慧城市统一数据库的建设。建立大数据安全访问控制模型,通过大数据统一访问接口,将加工后的数据供给授权的第三方应用开发商调用。按照"一片云、一张网、一套库、一把锁、一张图"的思路在东莞搭建智慧城市大数据开放共享平台原型系统,基于城市用户的庞大用户群,建设一个应用发布、数据定制及评价的统一门户。通过实例验证平台可以实现数据提供者、应用开发者及用户相互促进的智慧城市数据及应用的共建共享,打造需求、数据、资金合理流向的产业生态。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in data planning and management in the construction, this paper presents a method to define the intelligent city big data spatial model from the angle of government data assets, and to design the open and shared platform of intelligent city big data as a whole. By reasonably dividing the spatial dimension and the spatial throwing surface, establishing the big data model, business system, data instance, and the mapping relation of data catalogue, the construction of the intelligent city unified database is realized. The big data secure access control model is established, and the processed data is supplied to the authorized third party application developer through the big data unified access interface. According to the idea of "a cloud, a network, a library, a lock, a picture", a prototype system of big data open and shared platform for the intelligent city is built in Dongguan. Based on the huge user base of urban users, an application release is built. Unified portal for data customization and evaluation. Through the example verification platform, the data providers, application developers and users can promote the wisdom of urban data and the co-construction and sharing of applications, create a reasonable flow of demand, data, capital industry ecology.
