火力发电厂厂级AGC系统设计与实现

【摘要】:在电厂推广并实施厂级负荷优化分配的目的和主要意义是:火电厂厂级AGC自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control)实质是用于衔接电网能量管理系统与发电机组控制系统的高级控制系统。厂级AGC作为平衡发电机组负荷与电网负荷的重要控制系统,能够保证电网的稳定高效,以及改善发电厂的发电效率、保证机组设备协调稳定运行,最终实现电网与电厂的可持续高效发展。本文分析了火电厂AGC系统的实际应用可行性,通过查阅国内外相关研究文献,先从理论上进行了可行性分析,接着建立了测试和仿真环境,通过仿真系统收集了AGC系统在厂级机组负荷分配的数据;并将测试的可行性进一步结合实际项目,进行实际的论证。最终通过实际项目证明,AGC全厂模式能够有效改善传统AGC系统在调度负荷方面的不足,作为电网AGC强有力的辅助,实现高效可持续的经济效益。同时也进一步说明了机组煤耗曲线作为厂级AGC系统的灵魂,必须要求相对准确。如果能把准确的煤耗曲线与厂级AGC配合起来,就一定能实现电网、电厂的节能调度双赢的局面。
[Abstract]:The purpose and the main meaning of popularizing and implementing optimal load distribution in power plant is that the AGC automatic power generation control (Automatic Generation Control) of thermal power plant is used to connect the power grid energy management system with the generator unit control system in essence. As an important control system to balance the load of generating set and power grid, factory level AGC can ensure the stability and efficiency of power network, improve the efficiency of power generation, and ensure the coordinated and stable operation of unit equipment. Finally, the sustainable and efficient development of power grid and power plant is realized. This paper analyzes the feasibility of practical application of AGC system in thermal power plant. By consulting the relevant research literature at home and abroad, the feasibility analysis is carried out theoretically, and then the test and simulation environment is established. The data of load distribution of AGC system at plant level are collected through simulation system, and the feasibility of the test is further combined with the actual project to carry out practical demonstration. Finally, it is proved by the actual project that the whole plant mode of AGC can effectively improve the deficiency of the traditional AGC system in dispatching load, which can be used as a powerful assistant to the AGC of power grid and realize the high efficiency and sustainable economic benefit. At the same time, it also shows that the coal consumption curve of the unit must be relatively accurate as the soul of the factory level AGC system. If the accurate coal consumption curve can be combined with the factory level AGC, the win-win situation of energy saving and dispatching of power grid and power plant will be realized.
