基于Web技术的校园信访系统开发及实现
[Abstract]:Campus petition system is a relatively independent branch of system in the field of letters and visits. It is the fundamental channel to deal with the relationship between teachers and students and to create a harmonious campus. In recent years, the system of letters and visits on campus has been developing slowly, which includes subjective factors at the leadership level and impersonal factors such as lack of hardware conditions. Nationwide, there is still a lack of a management information system that can meet the practical needs of colleges and universities. Therefore, it has become an urgent need for discipline inspection and supervision to develop a case management system in colleges and universities. In order to fully improve the work efficiency and service quality of discipline inspection and supervision departments in colleges and universities, to give full play to the supervisory function and escort function of discipline inspection and supervision in the development of the school in a timely manner, and to build a safe, reliable and convenient operation, The management system of letters and visits, which is easy to manage and maintain, has become an inevitable requirement of information construction in colleges and universities. In order to better solve this problem and improve the efficiency of the campus petition system, this paper designs and implements the campus letter and visit case management system based on the electronic idea. In the course of the design of this paper, the working mechanism and flow of campus letters and visits are clarified through the previous practical investigation, and the database and client model based on Web technology is considered suitable for the development of the system. The specific function of the system is designed and realized by modularization method, and the theoretical knowledge used by different design methods is analyzed, and the necessary ways in the process of realization are combed out. Form the necessary design report and implementation software according to the basic module composition. The design goal of the system is combed, and the design principles of the system are built according to the specific design objectives. The main technology in the design process is expounded and analyzed. According to different design objectives, this paper uses the design technology, including J2EE technology, application middleware technology and web technology, etc. In the process of introducing different technologies, the application of this technology in the realization process of the system is analyzed emphatically. Therefore, in the actual work process, this paper firstly summarizes the workflow and characteristics of the campus petition system, and obtains the required information, including the basic functions, which provides the necessary basis for the subsequent development. Secondly, in the design process of specific software, this paper adopts the basic design flow of frame, function, database and man-machine interface. The concrete design method and implementation result are reported. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements of the paper, and analyzes the possible problems of the system, as well as the subsequent solutions and research directions. This subject will study and develop the related case management software from the point of view of the applicability of petition work and meeting the needs of petitioners, petition managers, and can realize the functions of letter and visit management, data statistics, information query, etc. It provides a modern management method for the case management of letters and visits, maintains the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of all kinds of data, improves the management system and improves the management level.
