基于虚拟现实技术的三维可重构仓储监测展示平台的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the development of logistics and warehousing industry, the variety of storage items is becoming more and more diversified, and the demand for the interface and function of warehousing monitoring software is becoming more and more diversified. With the continuous progress of computer graphics technology, virtual reality technology has been more and more widely used, which provides a good solution for the display design of new warehouse monitoring display interface. In order to improve the interoperability, flexibility and applicability of warehousing monitoring software, a 3D storage monitoring display platform based on virtual reality technology is designed and implemented in this paper. On the 3D display platform, it can not only display the 3D scene of warehouse and the storage items in the warehouse, but also reconstruct the scene according to the actual storage and monitoring situation. This system platform also has the interactive operation function such as multi-way browsing, alarm node location and topology drawing. By uploading models to the model library, it can be created for a variety of common monitoring scenarios, such as tobacco, food, and fruits and vegetables, In different application scenarios, the application of 3D monitoring scene can be created quickly by simple refactoring operation on the platform. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The 3D visualization design of the warehouse monitoring and display platform is completed, and the reconfigurable design of the storage monitoring display platform is realized. The 3D virtual scene is reconstructed according to the actual scene by manual or automatic way. Not only can the frame of the warehouse scene be reconfigured, but also the storage items and sensor nodes can be reconfigurable inside the warehouse, and the extensible design of the warehouse monitoring and display platform is completed. Users can upload qualified 3D models to provide material for subsequent refactoring. They can use these models to construct various common warehouse monitoring and display interfaces and expand the applicability of the system.
