面向移动终端的餐饮管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:As a labor-intensive traditional industry, how to use the new technology to control the cost, improve the working efficiency and tap the new way of benefit growth is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the business model of catering industry, the information management platform is composed of computer technology, network technology and mobile terminal technology. In addition to supporting the completion of work flow and improving work efficiency, it also analyzes a large number of data generated in operation. To find out the customer's potential demand and new profit growth point is the original intention of the system design and establishment. This system adopts the service-oriented architecture design, uses .NET technology as the main technology of the service side and each service subsystem, and adopts the Android technology as the mobile terminal technology. Android phones or tablets serve as mobile devices instead of traditional paper menus, allowing users to register and log in on the mobile side, view and update dishes and drinks in real time, and open, order and order. Service calls and other services are done through mobile phones or tablets. Based on .NET technology and SQL Server backstage database, the server realizes six function modules: register management, mobile terminal management, member management, financial end management, print management and basic information management. The multi-layer distributed system architecture is adopted, and the WebService technology is used to connect with the mobile terminal and other client subsystem, and the SOAP protocol is used to carry out the message transmission, which realizes the unification of business process and the sharing of data among the subsystems. At the same time, the system connects the third-party mobile payment platform-Alipay, as an electronic payment means, improves the user's payment efficiency and experience, uses the message push function to notify the user of the information such as shop discount, order notification and other information to the user's mailbox. Mobile phone short message, mobile phone client App, so as to dig into the user's secondary consumption habits, increase the user's stickiness and activity. It has been proved by practice that the system has achieved some achievements in improving the efficiency of catering management, standardizing the service system of catering industry, and improving the overall service quality and management level. And for the scale of business to lay a solid technical foundation.
