基于CCD图像传感器的液体气泡含量变化趋势预测

【摘要】:飞机弹射器是航空母舰上重要装置之一,它可以帮助航空母舰上的舰载飞机在短距离内顺利起飞。其中,蒸汽式飞机弹射器在封闭环境下通过液体沸腾产生蒸汽来推动滑块做功。在该过程中,当压强达到最大值时,弹射器打开阀门释放高压蒸汽,此时,封闭环境中压强迅速减少,液体再次沸腾,即闪蒸现象。闪蒸通常在极短时间内迅速发生,难以观察和测量,故准确预测闪蒸现象对工业生产具有重要意义。本文以闪蒸现象为研究对象,重点研究液体中气泡群的变化趋势,从而达到准确预测液体闪蒸现象的目的。本文利用CCD图像传感器获取液体图像短时间内的变化数据,使用图像处理技术得到相应的二值化图像数据,进而达到预测液体气泡群变化趋势。在图像二值化过程中,鉴于所获取的液体图像为随时间变化的一组序列数据,而已有的图像二值化方法大多针对单幅图像进行处理。因此,本文针对序列图像提出二值化方法,即根据图像中目标与背景灰度值的变化动态选取阈值,获取准确的二值化结果。进而,在统计学知识的基础上,利用高斯拟合处理所得的二值化数据,建立图像数据与液体体积流量的短时间内的变化关系,达到预测闪蒸现象的目的。
[Abstract]:Aircraft catapult is one of the important devices on aircraft carrier, which can help the carrier aircraft to take off smoothly in short distance. The steam jet catapult produces steam through liquid boiling in a closed environment to push the slider to do its work. In this process, when the pressure reaches the maximum, the catapult opens the valve to release the high-pressure steam, at this time, the pressure in the closed environment decreases rapidly, the liquid boiling again, that is, flash phenomenon. Flash usually occurs very quickly in a very short time, so it is difficult to observe and measure, so it is very important to predict the phenomenon of flash accurately in industrial production. In this paper, the flash phenomenon is taken as the research object, and the change trend of the bubble group in the liquid is studied in order to accurately predict the liquid flash phenomenon. In this paper, CCD image sensor is used to obtain the change data of liquid image in a short period of time, and the corresponding binary image data are obtained by using image processing technology, and the change trend of liquid bubble group is predicted. In the process of image binarization, given that the obtained liquid image is a series of data varying with time, most of the existing image binarization methods are used to process single image. Therefore, this paper proposes a binarization method for sequential images, in which the threshold value is dynamically selected according to the change of gray value of target and background in the image, and the accurate binarization results are obtained. On the basis of statistical knowledge, the relationship between image data and liquid volume flow rate in a short period of time is established by using the binary data obtained by Gao Si fitting, and the purpose of predicting flash phenomenon is achieved.
