基于J2EE技术的艺术学院招生信息管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:国内艺术类学院的招生规模不断扩大,以及人们对艺术产品不断增长的需求使得报考艺术学校的学生越来越多。但是,目前大部分的高校招生管理系统普遍存在实用性不强、决策性不强等问题。本文主要针对艺术学校招生特点,进行艺术学院招生信息管理系统的建设。本文主要基于软件工程的思想,从系统需求分析出发,以MP艺术学校为例,通过对MP艺术学校招生信息管理业务的分析,和MP艺术学校的信息化系统建设现状,采用UML的用例图技术来进行用户对系统功能和性能需求分析。在完成艺术学院招生信息管理系统需求分析的基础上,对艺术学院招生信息管理系统建设的总体方案,以及系统的总体功能结构和保存系统数据信息的系统数据库进行设计。最终,采用目前应用最为广泛的J2EE系统开发技术,对艺术学院招生信息管理系统的具体开发实现进行研究。系统实现的内容主要包括现场确认子系统、考场管理子系统、考试管理子系统和系统管理子系统四大功能子系统。在完成艺术学院招生信息管理系统的开发和建设滞后,采用黑盒测试和白盒测试相结合的方式,对艺术学院招生信息管理系统进行测试。测试结果表明,本文所研究的艺术学院招生信息管理系统符合用户对系统的需求,达到了系统设计和建设的目标。
[Abstract]:The enrollment scale of art colleges in China is expanding and the increasing demand for art products makes more and more students apply for art schools. However, at present, most college enrollment management systems generally have some problems, such as weak practicability and decision-making. This article mainly aims at the art school enrollment characteristic, carries on the art school enrollment information management system construction. This paper is mainly based on the idea of software engineering, starting from the analysis of system requirements, taking MP Art School as an example, through the analysis of the enrollment information management business of MP Art School, and the present situation of the information system construction of MP Art School. The use case diagram of UML is used to analyze the function and performance of the system. On the basis of the analysis of the requirements of the enrollment information management system of the Art Institute, the overall scheme of the system construction, the overall functional structure of the system and the database of the system to preserve the data information of the system are designed. Finally, by using the most widely used J2EE system development technology, this paper studies the development and realization of the enrollment information management system in the Art College. The realization of the system mainly includes four functional subsystems: the field confirmation subsystem, the examination room management subsystem, the examination management subsystem and the system management subsystem. In order to complete the development and construction of the enrollment information management system of the College of Art, this paper adopts the combination of black box test and white box test to test the enrollment information management system of art college. The test results show that the enrollment information management system in this paper meets the needs of users and achieves the goal of system design and construction.
