青年员工在线答题系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在信息时代中,企业人力资源管理业务的信息化已经成为企业市场经营和内部管理过程中的重要发展趋势,如何采用信息技术的发展成果来提高企业人力资源管理业务的质量与水平是企业日常经营中面临的重要挑战。人力资源培训管理业务是企业日常管理业务的重要内容,因此当前众多企业对于人力资源培训管理业务的信息化均投入了大量的人力和物力,并通过构建信息化的业务管理平台软件来提高其人力资源培训管理业务的质量与效率。本文在此背景下以四川电力送变电建设公司组织研发的青年员工在线答题系统为研究对象,对该系统的设计与研发工作进行了详细分析与考察。青年员工在线答题系统是该公司内部信息化办公软件体系的重要组成部分,能够为公司青年员工的自我学习和技能提升提供信息化的平台支持,是公司人力资源管理业务信息化进程中的重要工作内容。本文主要包括了6章内容,在第一部分中对论文的研究工作背景、研究现状、研究内容、研究意义等进行详细分析;在第二部分中对系统研发中使用的相关技术和理论进行研究考察;在第三部分中对软件的需求分析工作进行详细探讨,包括了系统的业务分析、开发目标、功能需求、数据需求、过程建模、性能需求等方面;在第四部分中,对软件系统的功能设计工作进行详细研究,包括了系统的整体设计工作、功能模块设计工作、系统的后台数据库的设计工作等;在第五部分中对系统的开发实现工作进行详细考察与研究,包括系统的开发环境、核心功能模块开发以及系统的测试工作等,包括系统的测试环境、测试方法、测试内容以及测试结果评价等;最后对论文研究工作进行了总结与展望。本文研究的青年员工在线答题软件系统采用了B/S的网络架构,开发技术包括了ASP.NET开发技术和SQL Server数据库开发技术,在系统中包括了用户登录、在线考试、试卷管理、分数查询以及系统管理等功能模块,能够对公司的青年员工培训业务提供自动化的自我学习平台支持,提高公司的人事信息管理工作质量与效率。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the informationization of enterprise human resource management has become an important development trend in the process of enterprise market management and internal management. How to adopt the development of information technology to improve the quality and level of human resources management is an important challenge in the daily operation of enterprises. Human resources training management business is an important part of the daily management business of enterprises. Therefore, many enterprises have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the informationization of human resources training management business. The quality and efficiency of human resource training and management business are improved by constructing the software of information business management platform. In this background, this paper takes the young employees' online answer system organized by Sichuan Electric Power Transmission and Transformation Construction Company as the research object, and makes a detailed analysis and investigation on the design and development of the system. The online answering system for young employees is an important part of the internal information office software system of the company, which can provide information platform support for the self-learning and skill upgrading of young employees in the company. Is the company's human resources management business information process in the important work content. This paper mainly includes six chapters, in the first part of the research work background, research status, research content, research significance and so on to carry on the detailed analysis; In the second part, the related technologies and theories used in the system research and development are investigated. In the third part, the requirement analysis of software is discussed in detail, including business analysis, development goal, function requirement, data requirement, process modeling, performance requirement and so on. In the fourth part, the function design work of the software system is studied in detail, including the whole design work of the system, the function module design work, the background database design work of the system and so on. In the fifth part, the development and implementation of the system are investigated and studied in detail, including the development environment of the system, the development of the core functional modules and the testing work of the system, including the system test environment, test methods, etc. Test content and evaluation of test results; Finally, the research work is summarized and prospected. The online answering software system for young employees in this paper adopts the network structure of B / S, the development technology includes ASP.NET development technology and SQL Server database development technology, including user login, online examination, paper management, etc. The function modules such as score query and system management can provide automatic self-learning platform for the training of young employees in the company and improve the quality and efficiency of personnel information management in the company.
