多尺度二维数字图像相关测量系统及其应用

【摘要】:为了实现全场多尺度变形测量,利用三轴电动平移台、4台高分辨率相机、3个不同放大倍数的远心镜头和1个显微镜头组成了多尺度二维数字图像相关测量系统,采用该测量装置可实现从宏观到微观尺度的变形测量.实验结果表明:通过置于高精度三维可控平移台上的二维数字图像相关测量装置,可实现任意微区的跟踪观测.经过标定的测量系统可以对观测区域实现测量尺度的任意切换,达到所需要的测量精度及观测要求.最后对贝氏体钢腐蚀后的表面纹理进行了数字图像相关测量.该测量系统对于裂纹尖端力学行为的研究具有很好的应用前景.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the full-field multi-scale deformation measurement, a multi-scale two-dimensional digital image correlation measurement system is made up of a three-axis electric translation platform, four high-resolution cameras, three telecentric lenses with different magnification and a microscope head. The measurement device can be used to measure deformation from macro to micro scale. The experimental results show that the tracking and observation of any micro-region can be realized by a two-dimensional digital image correlation measurement device placed on a high-precision three-dimensional controllable translation platform. The calibrated measurement system can achieve arbitrary scale switching in the observation area, and achieve the required measurement accuracy and observation requirements. Finally, the surface texture of bainitic steel after corrosion was measured by digital image correlation. The system has a good application prospect for studying the mechanical behavior of crack tip.
