G省电网掌上营业厅系统分析与设计

【摘要】：G省电网公司基于互联网建立了网上营业厅,使用户能够实现网上进行档案查询、电费查询、电费缴纳、网上电费充值、业务登记、业务进度查询、短信订阅、故障报修、网上投诉等传统营业厅才能完成的业务功能。随着智能机的普及,只通过PC平台进行网上各项业务的办理已越来越不能满足用户的需求了,用户迫切需要能够实现随时随地进行信息查询、业务办理的平台,毫无疑问一款能实现在手机终端进行信息查询、业务办理的移动APP必然会得到用户的认可。本文所阐述的G省电网掌上营业厅系统分为安卓及iOS版本,采用App混合开发模式进行开发。系统的分析与设计采用结构化分析方法,在需求部分采用了业务流程图、功能需求分析、数据流图等方式。在系统的设计部分,采用了功能结构设计、使用程序流程图设计部分功能流程,包含账户数据处理模块、业务办理模块、电费缴纳查询管理、浏览信息模块等;数据库设计中包括实体图、ER图及数据字典以及部分界面设计,如成功登录界面、业务变更申请界面、电费服务界面、停电信息查询界面、营业网点查询界面等。使用掌上营业厅APP可以实现用户随时随地实现业务办理、电费、电量查询、电费缴纳、停电信息查询等,方便用户用电缴费;同时能够减少电力营业网点大厅业务员的工作量,节省电力公司人力成本,加快业务办理时间。
[Abstract]:The G Provincial Power Grid Company has set up an online business hall based on the Internet to enable users to carry out online archival inquiries, payment of electricity charges, online electricity charges, business registration, business progress inquiries, SMS subscriptions, failure reporting and repair. Online complaints and other traditional business hall can complete the business functions. With the popularity of smart machines, it is more and more difficult to meet the needs of users through the PC platform. Users urgently need to be able to carry out information query, business processing platform at any time, anywhere, at any time. There is no doubt that a mobile phone terminal can be implemented in the information query, business handling mobile APP will be recognized by users. The palmtop business hall system of the G province power grid is divided into Android and iOS versions, which is developed by App mixed development mode. The analysis and design of the system adopt the structured analysis method. In the requirement part, the business flow chart, the function requirement analysis, the data flow chart and so on are adopted. In the design part of the system, it adopts the function structure design, uses the program flow chart to design the partial function flow, including the account data processing module, the business processing module, the electricity charge payment inquiry management, the browsing information module and so on; Database design includes entity diagram, ER diagram, data dictionary and some interface design, such as successful login interface, business change application interface, electricity service interface, blackout information query interface, business site query interface, etc. The use of palm business hall APP can achieve users anytime, anywhere business processing, electricity, electricity inquiries, electricity payment, blackout information inquiries, and so on, convenient for users to pay electricity; At the same time, it can reduce the workload of the operator in the lobby of the power network, save the labor cost of the power company, and speed up the processing time.
